Research Of Primary Appraise And Control Model About SETQ Based On IT

The Students Evaluation of the Teaching Quality(SETQ)is the important method of improving teaching Quality in the high school.However,there are many different views about the validity of SETQ.The Research demonstrates the validity of SETQ in three colleges through analysis the Relativity and Differences on all kinds of the SETQ Data(a sea of data)which come from these colleges.All the conclusions are based on Data Analysis and Data Mining.The Research provide the validity of SETQ by three method: First,the analysis about the Relativity of the many times SETQ Data on the same character class(the same teacher and the same courseware and different semester),Second,the analysis about the Relativity of the SETQ data and the SuTEQ(the Supervision Evaluation of the Teaching Quality)data,Third,the analysis about the Internal Consistency of the SETQ Target.Then,the research quests for the factor of influence about the SETQ Target by the instruction and courseware,and decreases the dimension of the SETQ Target by factor analysis method so we can get the more sample SETQ Target.The research found there are many factor to influence the deviate of the SETQ data,but the student's attitude is the most important factor.The feedback is in time will make students think the college and teachers attach importance to his views,so they would attend to the action of SETQ energetically and seriously.So,the research also probes the Control Model of SETQ from the views of management and technology in order to appraise the deviate and quality on SETQ of every student.In the Control Model,the management can get the information about every student's SETQ data by analysis the degree of deviate and dispersion degree of SETQ data,and then he can distribute this information to his master(the relative student).In fact,we expect we can arouse the student's fervor of SETQ by feeing back the information about SETQ in time and we are trying our best to promote the continuous development of SETQ.The Control Model has been designed and used in some colleges and get good infection now.The research quests for the main influence factor about the score of the SETQ,and gets a conclusion: the low-grade teacher of SETQ usually absence of instructional strategies and teaching method.So the Teacher's Professionalization is important for the colleges and the colleges should take an important measure to improve the teacher's knowledge structure,to improve the teacher's instructional competency especially,to make teachers get more instructional strategies and more teaching method.
