University informatization construction has developed rapidly in China, the informatization applications such as sharing web library of books and documents, university high-quality courses, online teaching, network experiment platform earned great development. However, these informatization applications lack an affiliated supporting informatization education quality tracking and evaluation mechanism or system to efficiently evaluate the influence of these informatization applications on university education, let alone to find out a pertinent direction or method to improve these informatization applications.To solve this problem, this higher education informatization evaluation system, based on interactive teaching platform of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, collects and analyses students examination grades and interactive platform web behavior data, defines student key performance index(SKPI) according to the characteristics of student platform web behavior, and proposes the normalization method to process students exam grades which allows to analyze students study behaviors via normalized grades during education informatization process, given the variation in student achievement under conditions of informatization of education and teaching. Then, it uses students as research object and extracts a student sub-complex system to apply intervention rules mining to identify interventions to improve student achievement rules, thus clustering algorithm analysis the decimation students the SKPl parameter characteristics and give specific acts of intervention in the application of informatization.Thereafter, this article presents the realization of education informatization tracking and evaluation system based on previous study. This realized system processes interactive data from the interactive teaching platform and feeds back the analysis results to platform teacher users. At the end of this article, it summarizes the existing design deficiencies and direction for improvement, and then prospects the future research direction to provide reference for the improvement of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications information construction and teaching reform.
