Data Mining For Applied Research, Statistical Work

This article attempted to analyze some fundamental problems about data mining through from theoretical demonstrate and case research deeply, to explore the main process and the general analysis method of data mining technology which counts to the government.After many years of accumulating, the government statistical works faces the problem of"the data richly, but the information is deficient", and has neglected to excavate the recessive rules of the historical data. However, the technology of data mining which based on the data warehouse could resolve the question very well. Through analyzed the characteristic of statistical data, some construction principles of statistical data warehouse, and a frame of statistical analysis system based on the data warehouse and the data mining technology were put forward, and of course the statistics multi-dimensional data model, and applied them to the real demonstration analysis. In that stage, the associate and clustering algorithms was used based the decision tree analysis algorithm, the combination of the algorithms ensured the relevance and validity about the analyzed target.
