In December 2016,general secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the National Conference on Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities.He pointed out that "all courses should be well protected by a section of the canal and a good responsibility field,so that all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses should work together to form a synergy effect." General secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition pointed out that the basic direction of all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses in universities must be in the same direction and work together.On December 6,2017,the Ministry of Education issued the implementation outline for improving the quality of Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities,which proposed "vigorously promoting the classroom teaching reform with the goal of Ideological and political education in the curriculum Combing the ideological and political education elements and functions contained in each professional course,integrating into each link of classroom teaching,and realizing the organic unity of Ideological and political education and knowledge system education." The proposal of the collaborative innovation of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities is the embodiment of a correct understanding of morality and cultivation of talents,which is the meaning of the topic of talent training in Colleges and universities.The collaborative innovation of Ideological and political education is based on the fundamental task and core goal of "Building Morality and cultivating people".It requires that all courses adhere to the guidance of Education under the guidance of Marxist theory,carry out the infiltration of Ideological and political resources,and carry out the top-level design of Ideological and political education from the overall planning and layout of disciplines,so as to form a three-dimensional,intersecting and comprehensive cooperation among courses,disciplines and disciplines With the framework of education,every student can establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,become a unique individual with both ability and moral integrity,and take on the responsibilities of the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper analyzes and comments on the current situation of the collaborative education of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities at homeand abroad,and believes that the focus of this study is to build the content system of the collaborative innovation of Ideological and political education and the construction of the education mechanism.To understand the connotation of collaborative innovation of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities,we must start with its basic course and theoretical basis.Ideological and political courses have experienced different stages of development and changes.From the exploration and tortuous development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities after the founding of the people's Republic of China to the recovery and reconstruction after the reform and opening up,and then to the practical exploration in the new stage,there are different characteristics and new problems.Based on Marxism theory,practice theory,epistemology and axiology,the ultimate goal of the collaborative innovation of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities is to realize the free and all-round development of human beings,which is also an important concept of Marxism for human development and the goal of talent training in Colleges and universities.At the same time,the theory of coordination between China and the west,as well as Marx's theory of coordination,also provides a theoretical basis for the ideological and political coordination of university courses.In addition,the theories of subject,interdisciplinary and cooperative education in pedagogy can also provide a scientific basis for the realization of joint education among courses,majors and disciplines in the ideological and political construction of colleges and universities.Guided by the practical problems,this paper analyzes the practical cases of Ideological and political collaborative innovation in Colleges and universities.In2017,Shanghai issued the special plan for the construction of Ideological and political education and teaching system in Shanghai universities,comprehensively promoted the construction of "Ideological and political education in curriculum",and launched12 overall pilot schools,12 key cultivation schools and 34 general cultivation schools.Considering various factors such as school category,advantageous discipline and construction process,four representative universities in the overall pilot schools are selected for case study,namely Fudan University(subordinate universities,"985Project" universities,"double first-class" construction universities),Shanghai University(211 Project "universities," double first-class "construction universities),Shanghai University of traditional Chinese medicine(municipal affiliated universities)Colleges and universities,"double first-class" construction colleges and universities),Shanghai Normal University(municipal colleges and universities with normal characteristics),the above four schools carry out the ideological and political teaching reform early,with obvious characteristics and different emphasis,are the forerunners and pacesetters in Colleges and universities,with strong model demonstration function and analysis and research value.In the analysis,it is found that the collaborative innovation of Ideological and political courses in four colleges and universities in Shanghai has its distinctive characteristics and has gained a lot of experience,.At the same time,there is also a disconnect between the function of curriculum and ideological and political education,that is,the lack of understanding of the function of curriculum ideological and political education,the lack of accurate mining of the elements of curriculum ideological and political education,the lack of coordination in curriculum ideological and political education,the lack of coordination between curriculum and curriculum,the lack of coordination between curriculum ideological and political resources,and the problems in Teachers' awareness and ability of curriculum ideological and political coordination,that is,teaching There are many problems in the process of Ideological and political cooperation,such as the weak consciousness of Ideological and political education in Teachers' curriculum,the lack of
