Research On The Construction Of Ideological And Political Evaluation Index System Of University Public Physical Education Teachers

In the Guideline for the Ideological and Political Construction of Higher Education Curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education in June 2020,the ideological and political construction of the curriculum has been clearly deployed,and it is required to focus on building a number of public physical education courses with special features,so that students can enjoy the fun of physical education class,enhance their physical fitness,improve their personality and refine their will in physical exercise.At present,the ideological and political construction of university public physical education courses has started late,and there are few relevant studies in the academic field,while the evaluation studies on the ideology and politics of university public physical education courses are even rarer,without sufficient and clear theoretical reference basis.This study constructs an operable,developable and comprehensive evaluation index system of the ideology and politics of university public physical education courses based on the questionnaire survey of experts and combing literature,and provides theoretical support for the construction of the ideology and politics of public physical education courses in universities in China through the evaluation index system.This study takes the ideological and political evaluation index system of university public physical education courses as the research object,uses the literature method and logical analysis method to collect and sort out the literature related to the ideology and politics of public physical education courses,refers to the Ministry of Education’s "Guideline for the Ideological and Political Construction of Higher Education Courses" and the indicators of related evaluation index systems,initially selects the ideological and political evaluation index model of university public physical education courses,and then the index model was revised and improved by the method of three rounds of the expert survey,and finally the index weights of each level of the index model were calculated by using the hierarchical analysis method.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The ideological and political evaluation index system of university public physical education courses includes 3 criterion layers(the ability to tap ideological and political elements,the ability to implement ideological and political elements and the cognitive ability of ideological and political education students);12 dimensional layers,i.e.the ability of sports humanities,sports knowledge,information technology,the ability to analyze teaching materials,ideological and political education theoretical literacy,the ability to design sports thinking and political teaching,the ability to express language,the classroom organization and management ability,cultivating students’ sense of acquisition,conveying sports spirit,refining students’ healthy body and cultivating sports awareness and 32 index elements.(2)In the evaluation index system of the ideology and politics of university public physical education courses,the weights of the indicators in the criterion level are,in descending order,the ability to implement ideological and political elements(0.4375),the ability to tap ideological and political elements(0.3234)and the cognitive ability of ideological and political education students(0.2391);the weights of the indicators in the dimensional level are,in descending order,the ability to design the ideological and political teaching of sports,the course organization and management ability,language expression ability,sports humanistic literacy ability,cultivating students’ sense of acquisition,sports knowledge ability,refining students’ healthy body,ideological and political education theoretical literacy,analyzing teaching materials ability,conveying sports spirit,cultivating sports awareness and information technology ability.(3)The constructed evaluation index system of the ideology and politics of university public physical education courses meets the actual needs of the ideology and politics development of public physical education courses.The study concluded that the ideology and politics of the curriculum of university public physical education teachers is difficult to implement,the ideological and political elements are valuable to explore,and the ideology and politics of the curriculum is important to educate people.The index system of this study can provide theoretical reference for universities to create high-quality public physical education courses,which can help university public physical education courses’ ideology and politics become more systematic and diversified and develop toward a deeper and higher quality.
