"Carrier" Or "Ontology"? -Research On The Ideological Attributes Of The Internet

Since the 1990 s,with the rise and development of the Internet,the existence structure and operation mode of the society have changed greatly,which has caused profound changes in the mode of production,way of life,mode of thinking and values of human beings.Make the original complex and changeable ideological issues become more controversial,bring serious challenges to the security and governance of Internet ideology,let the Internet ideological issues become the common focus of academic and government departments concerned.On the one hand,the rapid development of the Internet makes it into the society and become the social structure;on the other hand,the Internet also shows its unique cognitive characteristics as a mode of thinking.With the emergence and development of the Internet,the boundary between virtual and reality,digital and material is melting.The ideological problem of Internet presents new characteristics,which brings severe challenges to ideological work and poses a serious threat to the national security of our country.Based on this,this paper takes the ideological attribute of the Internet as the research object,aiming to further clarify that the ideological function of the Internet is the tool value of serving the ideological communication as a "carrier".It is also the ideological attribute of technology itself when it is "Noumenon".The discussion and clarification of this problem are of both theoretical and practical significance.The article argues along two lines.First,based on the traditional “carrier theory” perspective,it demonstrates the specific functions or external functions embodied in the ideological construction of the Internet when it is used as a tool for technological vehicles.From the social,economic,political,cultural and other dimensions of theoretical analysis and empirical description,the second is based on the "ontology" perspective,from the Internet technology itself caused by the change of thinking and values,This paper discusses the internal ideological function of the Internet thinking and the Internet spirit,or the ideological type which has specific functions and attributes.From the whole process of the development of Internet technology,the ideological function of Internet is not only reflected as a carrier tool,but also an attribute of Internet technology itself.That is,the Internet has become a new ideology.Finally,according to the realistic context o f Internet governance in China,the author puts forward some thoughts on the construction and governance of Internet ideology based on the combination of Ontology and Carrier Theory.The main part of the article consists of five chapters: Chapter One,“The Origin of the Problem: The Debate over the Relationship between Internet and Ideology,” mainly defines the concept of ideology and the main viewpoints of the relationship between the Internet and ideology.The analysis of these viewpoints is limited,and this raises the issue of examining the relationship between the Internet and ideology.The second chapter is "the analysis of the carrier theory: the ideological attribute of the Internet as a social structure".From the political,economic,cultural and life dimensions,the thesis analyzes the ideological attributes of the Internet as a "carrier" tool.Chapter 3,"Ontology Analysis: The Internet as the ideological attribute of the mode of thinking," analyzes the "structure-function" ideology of Internet technology from the perspective of technology itself.Analyze the ideological attributes of the Internet from the "ontology" of technology.The fourth chapter,"the dual variation of ’carrier’ and ’ontology’: the Internet becomes a new ideology," is a fusion of the two views of the article innovation,This paper makes a horizontal comparison between the new Internet ideology and the traditional political ideology,as well as the scientific and technological ideology,in the two aspects of the function mecha nism of the Internet to carry out the ideological function and the ideological composition as a mode of thinking.It provides a theoretical basis for the concrete practice of Internet ideology governance in our country.Chapter 5,“Internet Ideology and Governance Analysis in the Context of China,” is the practical application of the entire article,and proposes a methodology for constructing Internet ideology for the special contradictions encountered in the “Chinese context”.The two cases of the Internet Court and the Internet plus the “One Belt and One Road” are used as a concrete analysis to reconstruct the ideological Chinese discourse power in the Internet age.Based on the above ideas and structure,the article holds that the Internet,as a carrier tool,has been integrated into the whole process of politics,economy,culture,life and so on,and has completed its ideological attributes by influencing the current social structure.As the technology itself,the Internet forms a specific technological ideology in the Internet society through the new way of existence formed by its technological structure,which is presented through the spirit of the Internet and the thinking of the Internet.Therefore,from the whole process of the emergence,development and application of Internet technology,the ideological function of the Internet is an intertwined process of "carrier theory" and "ontology".This presents major challenges and opportunities for ideological governance in our country.Therefore,the governance of Internet ideology under the "Chinese context" should fully understand the complexity of Internet technology as the "Noumenon" of technology.At the same time,we should further deal with the normative problem of the Internet "carrier" tools brought about by technological development in the ideological management work.We should not only strengthen the "hard power" of technological innovation,but also strengthen the "soft power" of tool governance.And from the basic concept to the specific method,we will carry out innovations at the macro,meso and micro levels,and propose the ideas and governance strategies for the construction of Internet ideology in the context of the new era.
