Study On The Adoption Mechanism Of Agricultural Production Technology And Equipment

The adoption of agricultural production technology and equipmentand is the key to transform scientific and technological innovation into practical production capacity.It is great theoretical and practical significance to reveal the adoption mechanism of agricultural production technology and equipment.Based on the national micro survey data,the theoretical analysis system of agricultural production technology and equipment adoption was constructed from the perspective of farmers and new agricultural management entities.Some Logistic models were constructed to reveal different agricultural management entities' adoption mechanism of agricultural production machinery and equipment,agricultural information technology and equipment,disease and pest green control technology and equipment,soil testing formula fertilization technology and equipment,and water-saving irrigation technology and equipment.Models of policy support mechanism were constructed to explore policy support path for different agricultural management entities.The main innovation achievements and conclusions were obtained as follows.(1)There are differences in adoption of agricultural production technology and equipment.Proportion of farmers' adoption of agricultural production machinery and equipment,agricultural production information technology and equipment,disease and pest green control technology and equipment,soil testing formula fertilization technology and equipment,and water-saving irrigation technology and equipment were 39.9%,9.1%,54.4%,29.1%,and 53.1%,respectively.Proportion of new agricultural management entities' adoption of agricultural production machinery and equipment,agricultural information technology and equipment,disease and pest green control technology and equipment,soil testing formula fertilization technology and equipment,and water-saving irrigation technology and equipment were 46.6%,30.5%,74.7%,32.1%,and 71.2%,respectively.The proportion of new agricultural management entities' adoption of different agricultural production machinery and equipment was higher than that of farmers.(2)There are differences in factors which influence farmers and new agricultural management entities' adoption of agricultural production technology and equipment.Farmers' purchase of agricultural production machinery and equipment is affected by 8 factors,such as household annual income,total farmland area and service attitude.New agricultural management entities' purchase of agricultural production machinery and equipment is affected by 10 factors,such as cultivated land area,soil type and policy support.Farmers' adoption of agricultural information technology and equipment is affected by 11 factors,such as age,demonstration households and access to subsidies.New agricultural management entities' adoption of agricultural information technology and equipment is affected by 7 factors,such as establishment time,land lease ratio and government support.Farmers' adoption of disease and pest green control technology and equipment is affected by 16 factors,such as age,education and policy support.Farmers'adoption of soil testing formula fertilization technology and equipment is affected by 11 factors,such as education,number of plots and policy support.Farmers'adoption of water-saving irrigation technology and equipment is affected by 11 factors,such as education,cultivated land area and policy support.New agricultural management entities' adoption of water-saving irrigation technology and equipment is affected by 6 factors,such as technical guidance,fund subsidy and cognitione.(3)Policy support has a positive effect on the adoption of agricultural production technology and equipment.Subsidies for purchasing agricultural machinery have a positive effect on the adoption of agricultural production machinery and equipment for agricultural management entities.Subsidies and government support have a positive effect on the farmers' and new agricultural management entities'adoption of agricultural information technology and equipment,respectively.Government promotion and policy support both have a positive effect on the farmers' and new agricultural management entities'adoption of disease and pest green control technology and equipment,soil testing formula fertilization technology and equipment,and water-saving irrigation technology and equipment.However,high cost,complex technology and poor performance have significant hindrance.Production conditions and environmental factors can have a certain impact.(4)Policy support path of agricultural production technology and equipment is diversified.Producers have general satisfaction degree on the agricultural production technology and equipment policies.Technical guidance service,technical subsidy way,technical support,agricultural market regulation,and agricultural subsidies way have direct effect on farmers' satisfaction degree on agricultural production technology and equipment policies.Technical guidance service,technical support,and agricultural market regulation have direct effect on new agricultural management entities'satisfaction degree on agricultural production technology and equipment policies.Production subject characteristics,production conditions,resource endowments and environmental factors directly and indirectly affect satisfaction degree on agricultural production technology and equipment policies.
