Research On The Knowledge Capital Appreciation Mechanism Of Cloud Computing Industry Alliance

With the rapid development of cloud computing industry,its features like a short technical life cycle,high R&D costs and high innovation risks are becoming prominent and such problems as the technology lock-in effect and the lack of innovation capacity caused by the lack of cooperation between enterprises are also gradually emerging.Depending on an enterprise’s own strength alone is not an ideal choice for the long-term development of the enterprise,due to which Cloud Computing Industry Alliance(CCIA)has come into being.The knowledge-intensive feature of CCIA has determined "Knowledge Capital" as its core competitiveness,and the status of knowledge capital appreciation has determined the strength of the alliance’s core competitiveness.As the cloud computing technology has brought in new features different from those of the previous IT,CCIA presents some differentiation features different from other alliance forms,making it impossible for the existing relevant mechanisms for knowledge capital appreciation to match CCIA well.Therefore,it is urgent to construct a knowledge capital appreciation mechanism that can reflect the features of CCIA to promote the knowledge capital appreciation of CCIA,which is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of CCIA.Based on the analysis of relevant research status,the connotation,cause of formation and advantageous features of CCIA are stated first,and with knowledge capital introduced into CCIA,the connotation and composition of the knowledge capital of CCIA are defined and its features are analyzed.Based on the definition of the connotation of the knowledge capital appreciation of CCIA and Marx’s Industrial Capital Cycle Theory and Knowledge Capital Theory,the knowledge capital appreciation mechanism of CCIA is analyzed from the angles of knowledge capital spillover,investment & integration and stock potential difference evolution,based on which the overall framework of the knowledge capital appreciation mechanism of CCIA,with three knowledge capital appreciation cycle stages(knowledge capitalacquisition,production and accumulation)as the core,is established.Based on the connotation and way of knowledge capital acquisition of CCIA,a knowledge capital acquisition mechanism of CCIA is established to provide knowledge-based raw material preparation for the knowledge capital production of CCIA,with the main contents involving constructing knowledge capital source supply power and transmission models based on system dynamics and epidemic models respectively,from which the main factors influencing the knowledge capital source supply power and transmission efficiency are obtained;establishing a knowledge capital source supply power mechanism of CCIA based on the synergy theory,the Shapley value method and the cross-subsidy principle;establishing a knowledge capital source transmission mechanism of CCIA from the angle of constructing an intelligent cloud platform and a strong tie network;with cloud level and cloud complete information environment concept put forward to establish the knowledge capital acquisition guarantee mechanism of CCIA based on Markov Chain,the AHP method and dynamic games method.Based on the connotation and realization way of knowledge capital production of CCIA,a knowledge capital production mechanism of CCIA is established to promote the improvement on knowledge capital production efficiency,with the main contents involving with the core process of structure capital integration as the starting point,based on cloud platform and knowledge map establish the structure capital selection mechanism,with a general cloud interface concept put forward to establish the structure capital fusion mechanism,thereby establishing a mechanism of the structure capital integration of CCIA;establishing a mechanism for the human capital investment of CCIA through integration of U-learning and virtual human capital concepts and human capital investment;establishing an evaluation indicator system based on the constituent elements of the knowledge capital production system of CCIA,and establishing a knowledge capital evaluation mechanism of CCIA,with consistent fuzzy preference relations used to determine the weight of indicators,with a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method adopted.Based on the connotation and realization way of knowledge capital accumulation of CCIA,a knowledge capital accumulation mechanism of CCIA is established to increase the stock and quality of the knowledge capital and lay a foundation for the next-round knowledge capital appreciation cycle,with the maincontents involving constructing a knowledge capital stock growth mechanism of CCIA from the angle of lowering knowledge capital loss level of CCIA,based on the organization of the human capital property,the explicitation of the implicit human capital and the knowledge property protection of the structure capital;optimizing the knowledge capital structure in terms of value correspondence relationship,cost benefit,transformation direction and active elimination and putting forward adaptation strategies for human capital and technology selection based on the degree of adaptation between human capital and structure capital,thereby establishing a knowledge capital quality improvement mechanism of CCIA.Based on the above research,with Zhongguancun Cloud Computing Industry Alliance as the empirical research object,the rationality and feasibility of the knowledge capital appreciation mechanism of CCIA are validated.The study on the knowledge capital appreciation mechanism of CCIA is intended to provide CCIA with a set of management schemes for knowledge capital appreciation,of great theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the development of CCIA.
