Research On Evaluation Of The IT Industrial Alliance Knowledge Transfer And Sharing Based On Cloud Environment

With the rapid development of information network technology and theappearance of cloud computing model, any form of applications can exist in theform of services, so we can say "Everything as a Service", it provides a newperspective for the IT industrial alliance knowledge management. Therefore, ITIndustrial Alliance based on Cloud Environment (CEITIA) came into being. Inthe complex and competitive market environment, IT industrial alliance wants toacquire and create knowledge through mutual learning activities amongemployees. Faced with the knowledge transfer and sharing activities whichpresent in the IT industrial alliance whole cycle, effect on alliance knowledgetransfer and sharing are not only closely relate to the various IT companies andother relevant agencies economic benefits, but also threat the stability of thegrowth of IT industrial alliance. Therefore, in order to improve IT IndustrialAlliance knowledge transfer and sharing level of enterprise, and promotesustainable development of IT industrial alliance effectively, it is urgent for us toestablish a systematic and scientific evaluation system of IT industrial allianceknowledge transfer and sharing performance under cloud environment.First, the thesis gives the scientific definition of IT industrial alliance, cloudcomputing content, builds cloud computing IT industrial alliance knowledgemanagement cloud platform model by combining with three service levels andfocuses on analysis CEITIA knowledge transfer process and knowledge sharingprocess. Second, the thesis designs an index system prototype from the leagueindividual, whole, cloud computing technology three aspects, optimizes theevaluation index system on the basis of rough set theory, thus a relativelyscientific and reasonable evaluation system of CEITIA knowledge transfer and sharing results is built. Third based on D-S evidence theory the thesiscomprehensively evaluates and analyses the CEITIA knowledge transfer andsharing effect. Finally, the thesis chooses Chengdu cloud computing industrialalliance as an object to carry out empirical research of CEITIA knowledgetransfer and sharing results. This thesis aims to accurately grasp the level ofimplementation of IT industrial alliance knowledge transfer and sharing undercloud environment, quickly and precisely find deficiencies which exist in theknowledge transfer process, improve the efficience of knowledge transfer andsharing activities, provide theory support and decision-making reference for thehigh efficient operation of the IT industrial alliance. This thesis has importanttheoretical and practical significance to improve knowledge transfer and sharingcapabilities among members and comprehensive competitiveness of the league.
