Compared with traditional pattern,cloud computing has many advantages,such as distributed architecture,self-service,flexible service,shareable resource,measurable dosage,standard interface,automatic management,quick response,excellent robustness and so on.Population of cloud computing and big data derives from the importance of IT support in modern enterprise management.This inevitably leads to the change of cooperation between enterprises.This dissertation focuses on partner selection and coordination mechanism of enterprises alliance based on cloud computing,and concentrates on how cloud computing changed the way that enterprises alliance cooperated.This research takes some typical game theories as the main method,such as principal-agent theory,dynamic game theory,repeated game theory.At First,the author builds a partner selection model and a coordination cooperation model for traditional enterprises alliance.Secondly,the author modifies several parameters according to the features of cloud computing to build new models for enterprises alliance based on cloud computing.At last,compare these two kinds of models to get some research results.In general,the dissertation gains some results as followed.1,in traditional enterprises alliance,due to information asymmetry,owner cannot make supervisor's effort level to reach Pareto efficiency.However,in enterprises alliance based on cloud computing,due to information symmetry,owner can make supervisor's effort level to reach Pareto efficiency by design a linear incentive contract.Therefore,cloud computing can greatly promote cooperation efficiency between enterprises.2,when choosing partners,for traditional enterprises alliance,owner should choose supervisor who has higher production capacity and bigger cost advantage;for enterprises alliance based on cloud computing,owner should choose supervisor who is willing to pay higher cost to purchase high performance servers and equipment.3,in traditional enterprises alliance,enterprises should keep a long-term cooperation relationship,and restrict the actions of owners and supervisors in the last step by repeated game method,to design the optimal incentive mechanism for traditional enterprises alliance.However,in enterprises alliance based on cloud computing,due to information symmetry and certainty of output,enterprises do not need to sign a long-term contract.Because every cooperation can reach the maximize profit for both of them.
