Study On The Economic Development Of Land Border Counties From The Perspective Of Self-organization

Border areas is bearing the country opening to the outside world policy,development of export-oriented economy bridgehead,also is our country launched a strong strategic support "area" initiative and node cities,most of the border areas in China are bolstering region,regional economy is mostly made up of one of the county economy,county economy as an important part of the new urbanization and economic and social reform,how to stimulate the development of endogenous power,promote sustainable development of the economy,is also a focus of attention.Therefore,it is necessary to re-examine the economic development and opening to the outside world from the perspective of county economy.Based on the existing border economy and the formation and development of county economy of the induction and summary of relevant research results,found that at present although there are a lot of research on the border economy and county economy,but from the perspective of the county economy to in-depth analysis and research the border problem is relatively small.Through the border county economic development of the theory and practice analysis,found that the border areas of the county economy development of our country,in recent years has made great progress,but suffers from problems such as location,economic development dimension,system and mechanism,economic development lags behind,the development of endogenous power is insufficient,needs to be from their own hands and formed a complete system of county economy,border in his organization,guided by the preliminary generated within the organization mechanism,promote the border county economy system to the benign and sustainable development.Therefore,this paper introduces the self-organization theory in system science,synergetics theory,system dynamics theory,the formation and development of county economy system evolution of border has carried on the theory of interpretation,such as,after fulfilling the theory building of northeast border areas of a typical county economy city-crossing at jilin province were analyzed,and illustrates the crossing at the border county economy as an independent system,the evolution process of the formation and development,and analyzes the existing problems.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy Suggestions for the common problems in the economic development of China’s border counties.The full text is divided into seven chapters:Chapter 1 is the introduction.Firstly,this paper expounds the background of the topic,then expatiates the main research direction of this paper and analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the research.Through the review of the related literatures of the frontier economy and county economy,the research ideas and the entry points are clear.Chapter 2 is the basic theory of the formation and development of bonded logistics system.Firstly,the concept,type and function of frontier economy and county economy are defined and studied.Then the paper expounds the theoretical basis for the formation and development of the economic system of the border county,including the theory of space economics,the theory of regional economic development,the theory of industrial economy and the theory of complex systems.Chapter 3 analyzes the core theoretical self-organization theory and its application in frontier county economy system.This chapter firstly introduces the self-organization theory in system science,and the composition of the border county economy system are analyzed,and finally analyzes the self-organization theory for the applicability of the border county economy system.It provides basic theoretical support for the study of the formation and development of economic system in border counties.Chapter 4 is the evolution path of the economic system of the frontier county.Using the theory of self-organization of the dissipative structure theory to border stage a detailed analysis of the county economy system evolution,and then introduce the Logistic theory in population ecology was carried out on the border of the county economy system evolution stage mathematical model
