Since the reform and opening up, China’s construction of Shenzhen, Zhuhai,Shantou, Xiamen, Hainan six coastal special economic zones, economic zones openborder has always been a blank. In2009August the State Council officially approvedby the "cooperation in Tumen river area development plan Chinese--taking Chang JiTu as the map of regional development pilot zone" Chang Ji became so far the firstborder development and opening up of China’s regional.With the development of modern economy, logistics has become increasingincome of the enterprise, reduce the cost of enterprise, an important way to promotethe economic development. Changchun Jilin Tumen area in the northeast oldindustrial base, the level of logistics development is slow. Changchun Jilin Tumenarea mainly produces automobile, rice, soybeans, ginseng products such as timber,need strong logistics support. Chang Ji Tu regional development, development ofChang Ji Tu regional logistics is very necessary.This paper is mainly based on the theory of regional economy, city and regionallogistics theory, focuses on the study of Chang Ji Tu regional in Changchun City, JilinCity, Songyuan City, Baicheng City, Siping City, Hunchun City, Yanji City, LongjingCity, Tumen City, Dunhua City, the logistics efficiency of ten important node of city.This paper first introduces the Chang Ji Tu regional ten node of city logisticsinfrastructure, employment, economic environment, policy environment, informationenvironment. By studying the domestic and foreign to the logistics efficiency research,selecting contrast of various research methods and indexes, this paper introduces dataenvelopment analysis is widely used in the logistics efficiency evaluation of analysismethod (DEA method) were used to evaluate the Changjitu area of the ten node citylogistics efficiency. This paper briefly introduces the DEA method, the DEArepresentation model, the advantage of the DEA method, index selection, modelestablishment and the reason to choose DEA method. Calculated ten city logistics efficiency, analysis and calculation results, understand the development of theconstruction of Chang Ji Tu, ten points of the city. Changchun, Siping City, Jilin City,Songyuan City, the development of good, Yanji City, Longjing City, Tumen City,Hunchun City, Dunhua City, also need to be further improved and perfected, optimizethe allocation of resources, some support to economic and policy.
