The Research On Differentiation Of The Development Of The County Economy In Jilin Province

County economy is the basic unit of the national macroeconomic regulation andcontrol, and is a kind of Meso-economy between macro economy and micro economy,which bears the vital connecting role planning urban and rural as a whole as anindispensable part of the national economy. In recent years, with the rapid social andeconomic development, the proportion of county-level economy of GDP is incrediblyincreasing. Because the county-level economy is the forefront of administrativemanagement and policy implementation, the importance of their status is self-evident.In recent years, the central government is paying notable attention to thedevelopment of county economy, proposing to vigorously develop the countyeconomy, making a series of major deployment, and implementing a series of feasiblepolicies and measures, thereby absorbing county economic development into thecategory of the national economic construction and the reform of the economicsystem. In this situation, the economy of the county area in China is ushered into ahitherto unknown opportunity to a new era of the development of county economy.Jilin province is located in the central region of the under-developed northeastregion; the county area of the province accounted for96%of the total area, while thecounty’s total population accounted for70.4%of the total population of the wholeprovince. Therefore, Jilin province’s county economy has an extremely irreplaceableposition and role in the provincial economy. The development of the county areaplays so significant a role that research on the development of county economy ofJilin Province and the exploration of the law of economic development are not onlyconducive to the comprehensive strength and development of Jilin Province, but alsoinstructive to the development of county economy in other areas in China, bearing anextraordinarily pragmatic significance.Based on China’s current development of overall county economy situation andthe current mainstream theory of county economy, this thesis adopts a methodcombining theoretical and empirical analysis. This thesis: First, elaborates on the basic concept of the county economy, introducing andinducing the connotation, characteristics and types of the county economy and thebasic theories related.Second, summarizes the major development models of China’s current countyeconomy, and analyzes each characteristic and the common points to explore theuniversal law of the development of county economy of current China.Finally, introduces and summarizes the current situation and characteristics ofcounty economy development in Jilin Province, analyzes the existing problems andrestricting factors of county economy development in Jilin province, studies thedifferentiation of the county economic development in Jilin province through aquantitative analysis, analyzes the factors causing the differentiation of the countydevelopment in Jilin province and then proposes the corresponding countermeasuresand suggestions, based on empirical research, according to the present problems in thedevelopment of county economy in Jilin Province, and combining the actual situation.
