Empirical Research On The Evolution Of China's Basic Economic System

Since the reform and opening up,China has gradually established a basic economic system with public ownership as the mainstay and multiple ownership economies developing together.The basic economic system is the core of the entire economic system.It not only determines the entire economic system,but also profoundly affects the non-basic economic system.For this reason,the Chinese economics community has conducted full research and achieved high quality results,but there is no empirical study of the evolution of China's basic economic system.This article is trying to make up for this gap.What is the operating mechanism of China's basic economic system?What is the theoretical basis of China's basic economic system?What is the evolution trend of China's basic economic system?Obviously,to answer these important questions,we need to proceed from the basic economic system,demonstrate through the construction of theoretical models,and then verify and simulate through empirical models.This article constructs a basic economic system model,and then constructs a basic economic system indicator system.It uses the relevant data from China's reform and opening up to carry out empirical simulations of China's basic economic system and comparison of provinces,and finally forecasts the evolution trend of China's basic economic system.,Looking forward to the future trend of the evolution of China's basic economic system.The research structure of this paper is as follows:First,literature review.Second,on the basis of the basic economic system of China's practice and theory,the main content of the basic economic system theory was examined from the perspective of general theoretical logic.Using model simulations to demonstrate the objective necessity and superiority of public economy as the main economic system in which multiple ownership systems are co-developed,Then explain the correctness of the theory of the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Third,on the basis of theoretical research,we construct the index system of the basic economic system from the three dimensions of development status,environment and function,and then construct a basic economic system index to observe the evolution trend of the basic economic system and its objective laws.using the relevant data from the basic economic system since the reform and opening up in China to measure China's basic economic system index.Fourth,the indicator system of the basic economic system will be further applied to the provinces of China.The main characteristics of the provincial basic economic system will be found by calculating the basic economic system indices of different provinces and rankings,and then finding suitable developments for the basic economic system of the province.Explore the best path for the change of the basic economic system in the province.Fifth,using the GM(1,1)model to predict the evolution of China's basic economic system.Sixth,based on the above research,draw conclusions and make recommendations.This article mainly uses the following analysis methods and tools in the research process.In the basic economic system theory,a theoretical model was constructed,and several typical basic economic systems were compared and analyzed through the integration of production factors.In terms of basic economic system index system,the basic economic system index system was first constructed,and the basic economic system index of China was constructed using principal component analysis.In verifying and predicting the evolution trend of China's basic economic system,the use of grey forecasting methods to construct the GM(1,1)model predicted China's basic economic system index.Through the above studies,this paper argues that:(1)The process of constant improvement of China's basic economic system is a natural historical process;(2)The characteristics of China's provincial basic economic system fully reflect the current major social contradictions in China;(3)Different systems of ownership have different roles in different provinces,but their goals are the same;(4)The scientific nature of China's basic economic system can withstand both the theoretical and practical challenges.Propose the following suggestions:(1)Continue to develop and improve the basic economic system,starting with the following three aspects:First,coordinate the economic development paths of different ownership systems,promote the sustainable development of different ownership systems;Second,attach importance to the government environment and improve the market environment,Optimize the basic economic system environment;Third,unify economic functions and non-economic functions,and better reflect the superiority of China's basic economic system.(2)The fundamental solution to the main contradiction in China lies in the improvement of the basic economic system,and the thorough improvement of the basic economic system from the interaction of a certain region and region and the three levels of chess in all regions.(3)To improve the quality of public-owned economy development and strengthen the dominant position of the public-owned economy,proceed from the following three aspects:First,continuously optimize the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,Second,continue to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises,improve the control and competitiveness of the publicly-owned economy,and third,pay attention to the unification of the economic and non-economic functions of the publicly-owned economy.Limited by data quality,The article has not involved the study of the evolution and comparison of the basic economic systems in typical countries.Studies of basic economic systems in different regions of China have not yet penetrated into important urban hierarchies,etc.The author will improve this in future research.
