Research On Performance Evaluation System Of Basic Crew In A Drilling Company

With the development of our economy,the enterprise has been putting more and more emphasis on the human resources management.As the core of human resources management,performance appraisal is very important.There is a very close relationship between performance evaluation and enterprise salary,personnel selection and appointment and employee training.It is a very important part of enterprise management.More and more companies have begun to explore the performance appraisal for their own business development.For the survival of companies in the increasingly fierce competition,it is necessary to carry out the research into performance evaluation system.This paper described the background,significance of the research and proposesd methods and techniques needed based on the study on the status of domestic and foreign-based research on performance evaluation.After that,theories of the performance evaluation were elaborated,which provided a theoretical basis for the study.Based on the survey on the current situation of performance evaluation among A Drilling Company staff,the paper pointed out the current problems,built up the performance evaluation system according to the relevant research at home and abroad,determined the weight of each index in the index system and the index system of the performance evaluation among the staff and designed the appraisal process.Measures to protect the staff performance evaluation system were proposed afterwards,namely,the establishment of employee participation mechanism,the establishment of two-way feedback mechanism,the establishment of employee complaints mechanism,the establishment of various measures to improve the enthusiasm among the staff as well as the establishment of information evaluation system.
