With the development of our economy,the enterprise put more emphasis on the human resource management.As a core of human resource management,performance appraisal is very important.There is very close relationship between performance appraisal and enterprise salary,personnel selection and appointment and employee training.It is an very important content of enterprise management.More and more companies began to explore the performance appraisal for their own business development.Because of the impact of early planned economy,it is necessary to carry out the research of performance appraisal system.The paper described the background and significance of the research in the full study on the status of domestic and foreign-based research on performance appraisal and proposed methods and techniques needed to route the Institute firstly.After the performance appraisal related theories elaborated to provide a theoretical basis for the study.Based on the island oil plant grass oil production crew performance appraisal status quo of research,found that the current problems,and then build grassroots oil production crew staff performance appraisal system,to determine the weight of each indicator index system and index system of grassroots oil production crew staff performance appraisal heavy,and the appraisal process design.Then propose measures to protect the island oil plant grass oil production crew staff performance appraisal system,namely the establishment of mechanisms for employee participation,establish two-way communication and feedback mechanisms established grievance mechanism,a variety of measures to improve both employee motivation and build grassroots information technology assessment mechanism.The research has advantage to improve the efficient of Performance Evaluation,promote the complete of system of Performance management,make the system of human resource management more reasonable.
