For centuries,Eurasia has been the bridge and medium for the communication between the East and the West.Nowadays, its economic and political landscape is undergoing tremendous changes. The geopolitical significance of Central Asia is not only evident but also increasingly important.A brand-new world political and economic pattern is taking shape. With the development and expansion of globalization, and the advancement of the Eurasian integration process,China has created new impetus for various measures to promote trade and investment. In recent years, the trend of strengthening cooperation in Central Asia has been very clear. The integration process in the Eurasian region is one of the important aspects of international relations. This is due to the fact that the region has important energy and transportation potential as well as the potential to integrate Eurasia economic, political, social and cultural relations. The war in Afghanistan, instability in the region is also a factor that causes external concern. It has prompted China,Russia, and countries bordering the region to take active actions to identify new strategies and countermeasures. The Central Asia region is of great significance to China. There are three important factors that determine the development of economic relations between China and the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.First, the Central Asia region offers the possibility to develop an export-oriented economy in the western and northwest regions of China.Second, the region uses its natural resources for the creation of a new transportation corridor.Third, the international financial crisis has forced SCO members to realize the importance of economic cooperation in a region. Therefore,a series of geopolitical,economic,socio-cultural,scientific and technical conditions have contributed to the close relationship between China and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states in Central Asia.Belarus is an active participant in the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States. After the “One Belt and One Road”initiative was proposed in 2013 and Belarus became an observer of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in 2014,Belarus intends to participate more actively in allaspects of the Eurasian exchanges. Therefore, paying attention to the Belarusian factor will help promote better understanding of the parameters of economic interaction between China and the SCO member states in Central Asia. While analyzing the geopolitical situation in Central Asia, this research takes into account the balance of national and regional interests, and studies the nature of economic interaction between China and Central Asian countries on the basis of studying the attributes and characteristics of SCO as a regional international organization. This includes the economic and trade cooperation within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the characteristics of the development stages and models of its economic cooperation,in order to reveal the trajectory of China's foreign policy concept under specific historical and political conditions, especially the reflection.in the SCO regional process.
