Development Characteristics And Trends Of Shanghai Cooperation Organization Regional Economic Cooperation

Currently, there are two integrated world economy ways:one is the representative of WTO multilateral trade system and the other is the European Union on behalf of regional economic cooperation mechanisms. This two different way of economic integration and the development of the world economy seems there were two contrary trends-the globalization and integration. Among them, the multinational corporations in the world to maximize profits within the driving force of globalization is important, because the different national interests, development is not very smooth. In this context, China's participation in regional economic cooperation has become necessary economic development strategy of choice. Shanghai Cooperation Organization is initiated and established by China's first regional organization. Shanghai Cooperation Organization, formerly known as the "Shanghai Five", by China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in April 1996 jointly formed. "Shanghai Five" has just been established to address the four countries of China and other border issues, strengthen mutual trust and disarmament in the border areas.
