Under the background of industrial strategic agglomeration,the control of milk resource,product standard and market share are promoted gradually with large scale of milk resource construction by large diary companies,especialy for huge potential of rural market and improvement of brand cultivation for diary companies and market ability.First of all,this study focued on space agglomeration effect on the dairy market from the side of Chinese dairy market supply and demand,based on the aspects of dairy,raw milk production,dairy products processing,and dairy products import trade so as to analyze the supply side of dairy products industry in China.Based on dairy consumption demand,the overall features,products and regional demand structure features and differences are concernded in three aspects to analysis the demand level of dairy products in China.Therefore,through the analysis of typical distribution of dairy products in dairy industry development,the characteristics of origin and the industrial structure,dairy industry agglomeration provides the basis for the analysis below.Secondly,through the evaluation index of dairy industry cluster in China based on the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),it is concluded that the concrete evaluation index of industrial spatial agglomeration.On this basis,the dairy industry cluster is built with influence factors model,find the factors that affect the concentrating effect of the market.Through the method of space exploration,from two dimensions of global and local analysis correlation between 2000-2014,our country dairy products supply geographical features.The results show that the supply of dairy products in our country present obvious spatial dependence and spatial agglomeration phenomenon.From the global scale,geographical correlation between dairy products supply in China between 2000 and 2014 showed a trend of decline after rising first;Local scale look,most of the region's spatial relationship is not significant,significant area presents the spatial homogeneity of provincial is larger.High concentrated area in heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia area,low concentrated area are mainly distributed in guizhou,zhejiang and other regions.Agglomeration drive factors,demand and policy guidance,and circulation security is an important driving force of dairy market cluster formation.Third,according to the theory of agglomeration formation,and the base of dairy farmers,milk station,dairy products enterprise tripartite evolutionary game model,this part is composed through validation of the dairy industry cluster formation,analysis of dairy farmers,milk station,large scale dairy enterprises to select focus strategy behavior of evolutionary stable strategy game.Dairy products quality and safety control factors is complex,dairy farmers,milk station,scattered dairy products enterprise,the quality and safety crisis,the damage to the domestic dairy product reputation,"pour milk to kill cows" and other social phenomenon,affect the industry development.Rely on stations of dairy farmers,milk or milk enterprise party obviously difficult to change the current dilemma,but need to joint the interests of the dairy industry chain each link related subject,giving full play to the advantages of industrial concentration and industrial agglomeration to realize the rapid change of industrial cluster.Fourth,through dairy consumption pattern evolution,current Chinesee dairy consumption pattern is moving to a new period,the overall performance for the "high north west low" characteristics;From dairy consumption level hot and cold spots layout characteristics,hot zone increased between 2003 and 2014 in Shanghai,zhejiang,jiangsu three areas;Hebei,liaoning and other regions during this period has experienced the hotspot area-the transition zone-hot area fluctuations;Cold spot area basic changed little,mainly distributed in southern China region,overall formed something difference,the change of characteristics.Provincial dairy consumption pattern of our country positively correlated factors in addition to the income factors,include km mileage,gross national product(GDP),etc.,and the quality of the occurrence of security incidents and the expansion of the gini coefficient inhibits dairy consumption pattern changes.Overall consumption level of residents in our country in order to improve,we must give full consideration to both the domestic and international markets,economic development and technological progress two changes,consumption structure and consumption behavior two key points,encourage dairy consumption market share resources,use of e-commerce platform,constantly promote the inter-district consumption of dairy products.Fifth,through building spatial Dubin model,this part focused on analysis of China's dairy industry agglomeration spillover effect.In fact,the industrial concentration is beneficial to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,promote the competitiveness of the industry,just to meet the demand of the revitalization of the dairy industry in China.Research results show that the dairy products enterprise,milk station,milk farmers interests related to the subject of increased because of the correlation between each link in the dairy industry,its endogenous concentration significantly increased the growth of regional economy,enhance the competitiveness of the dairy industry,provides the endogenous impetus for dairy industry development,finally in the micro level,degree of agglomeration of various interest entities in a certain extent,help to improve the quality and safety of dairy products.On this basis,from the dairy industry cluster area,dairy industry revitalization and the quality and safety control,etc.,further exert industrial agglomeration radiation ability,improve industry core competitiveness.Solved through analysis of the dairy industry cluster on the microscopic organization structure or the quality and safety issues,such as medium or promotion enterprise's hard power on industry competitiveness,from years of dairy products enterprise depressed disease,improve the image of the industry and macro industry revitalization and development to promote regional economic growth,especially the overall backward of China's dairy products producing economic situation,through the industry gathering area construction to form new growth pole of the regional economic development.Finally,combined with previous studies,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.In view of the difficulties faced by the domestic dairy industry development,such as high cost,market mechanism is not sound,weak competitiveness,etc.,by optimizing the cow varieties,increase the per unit area yield of the cows,reduce unit production costs;By promoting dairy farming scale,giving full play to the advantages of the dairy industry cluster,improve the occasion,economies of scale;By operating mode with industrial diversification,the promotion of the agglomeration level of the dairy industry organization,through the main interests related to gather to drive the industry agglomeration,increase cooperation within the industry division of labor,improve the connection between,play industry spread effect;By strengthening its dairy products quality supervision and industry scale,solve the problem of bring the negative externalities of dairy products market failure,form the government + industry mutually promote each other into the industrial development pattern;Through perfecting the social service system,the self stabilizer functions of industry and market,drive the industry linkage inside and outside resources,to build industry bright spot;Through appropriate innovation,guide consumption,further excavate the domestic dairy market demand,the revitalization of China's dairy industry needs,from the perspective of the supply side and demand side and at the same time,make good use of market and government regulation,adjust measures to local conditions to accelerate the development of dairy industry agglomeration,thus realize the dairy industry revitalization.
