Research On The Spatial Agglomeration Of Urban Innovation Elements In Hangzhou Bay

The modern bay area has become an engine of growth for the world economy,and has gained a steady stream of development momentum with the development of innovative growth poles.The international bay area has captured the high ground of the world's high-quality innovative resources and has a high concentration of innovation factors to maintain its leading position in the global economy.Therefore,it is of great strategic significance to build bay area and play its important role in the innovation and development.In the context of such practice,the construction of Hangzhou Bay will have a great effect on the economy of Zhejiang province,the Yangtze river delta and even the whole country.To research spatial agglomeration of innovation elements of the Hangzhou Bay can provide theoretical basis for grasping the present situation and the existing problems of the Hangzhou Bay,and provide clues for making policy about improving the level of innovation agglomeration and integration for Hangzhou Bay.In this paper,by adopting the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research methods,first of all,use quantitative research methods,research on enterprise R&D funds and accounts for the proportion of sales revenue,number of enterprise R&D personnel,science and technology agency,technology project contract,invention patent grant,high-end talent quantity,number of colleges and universities,industrial production proportion of high and new technology industrial output nine indexes all domain autocorrelation and partial autocorrelation analysis,and then using the method of qualitative research,the research space radiation effect,space effect and the space block effect of these indicators innovation factors the role of the specific spatial agglomeration state.At the same time,in order to show the characteristics of the Hangzhou Bay on the innovation factor space agglomeration more directly,this paper analyzed the innovation spatial agglomeration of the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration and the Hangzhou Bay.The Research shows that the spatial agglomeration of innovation factor of the Yangtze river delta urban is in orderly distribution on the overall situation,and the orderly distribution is strengthening,and this reflects collaborative innovation between cities of the Yangtze river delta is strengthening.Innovative elements of the Hangzhou Bay,by contrast,their spatial agglomeration is in disordered distribution condition,and this situation cannot be improved in the short term,so it is of great importance to enhance the capacity of innovation synergy between cities of Hangzhou Bay,and raise the level of the whole innovation cluster.
