In recent years,the rapid economic development in our country has put forward new requirements on the marketization of electricity.A new round of reform on electric power system has started.The Retailer has emerged as a market subject in a new environment.As a new type of the market,the Retailer is still exploring operation mode,which's main operating modes are the electricity purchase in the wholesale market and the electricity sales business in the retail market.This paper takes the Retailer as the main body and studies the operation strategy of the Retailer in each market,and analyzes how the Retailer could improve the efficiency in various trading modes of electricity market.To proposes a trading strategy by constructing sales and purchasing models of Retailer in various trading modes and introduces artificial intelligence algorithms,demand response mechanisms,integrated energy management and comprehensive evaluation on the basis of this,and mechanism and strategy of how to survive and develop in the environment.First of all,the paper combs the background and significance of the researches on sales and purchase of the Retailer and the status quo,summarizes the background of electricity market transactions under new environment,discusses the three aspects of market players,market types and trading patterns,which lay the theoretical foundation and research scope for the future study.Then,the paper studies the bilateral negotiation transaction mode,builds the bilateral negotiation transaction model based on the multi-party negotiations and the Nash equilibrium bilateral negotiation model,and carries out an example analysis respectively.The results show that by adjusting the quotation strategy of the Retailer,which can improve profitability.The paper proposes to apply artificial intelligence to bilateral negotiation and design a bilateral negotiation transaction framework based on artificial intelligence.At the same time,the paper studies the centralized bidding transaction mode in the wholesale market,constructs a centralized transaction algorithm model based on the spreadback mechanism and a centralized transaction algorithm model based on the marginal price clearance mode,and the case study was carried out separately.The application of artificial intelligence to the centralized bidding transaction was proposed,and a centralized bidding transaction framework based on artificial intelligence was designed.Then,the paper studies the strategy of demand response management of Retailer under the deviation electricity assessment mechanism,builds the optimization model of deviation electricity assessment of sales company under the demand response management,and proposes the corresponding transaction strategy by analyzing the current situation of deviation assessment.By building a deviation electricity assessment model,the paper puts forward some measures,such as interruptible load management and contract management of spread options.The feasibility of the assessment model is verified through comparative analysis and sensitivity analysis,and the profit of the sales company is effectively reduced and also the user's cost of electricity.At the same time,the paper researches the Retailer's behavior in the electricity retail market,puts forward the operating strategy of the Retailer in the integrated energy management,proposes that the Retailer be the integrated energy management company,and optimizes the operation mode of the integrated energy system,and improves the efficiency of energy utilization and company operating efficiency.The paper buildes a thermoelectric cooling system,which considers a variety of clean energy;and design three kinds of integrated energy system operation mode,and carry out an example analysis by collecting data.The results show that the integrated operation the model is superior to the other two modes of operation under different target constraints.Finally,the paper evaluates the electric power customers in the power retail market,focuses on building a power customer evaluation model and designing the differentiated power consumption package.Starting from the two dimensions of profit and risk,based on the concern of the Retailer in the new environment,the paper constructs a power customer evaluation weighting model based on the improved ELECTRE-III method.According to the differences of user characteristics,it divides user categories and designs differentiated power consumption packages.The analysis results show that the power evaluation model proposed in this paper can effectively evaluate the power users in the retail market,and help the power companies to choose good customers and formulate reasonable power consumption packages.At the same time,the paper studied the risk of power purchases by the Retailer,and focused on building a multi-level market-purchasing combination optimization model.Based on portfolio optimization theory,it builds a CVaR-based model for the Retailer.The results show that the optimal solution for the purchase of electricity at all levels of the market is greatly affected by the changes in the market electricity price,and the mean-CVaR frontier curve under the setting of market environment parameters is solved and the calculation is obtained,and the best combination of electricity purchase for the Retailer.
