Research On Decision-making Evaluation Methods Under Uncertain Information Environment

The information fusion techniques and information aggregation functions based on general data type are the basis of considerably many evaluation and decision problems,and they are applied in every theoretical studies and application areas.With the increasing development of modern scien-tech and economy,and the formation of economic globalization,more and more manageuncertainty information.The uncertainty nature of information also leads to a series of ment and decision problems will no longer handle simple data type.Instead,they are encountering much more complex economy development;thereby the concerned studies are very pressing.This work points out that in MCGDM problems,the relative importance among all experts and among all criteria can be embodied either by weighting vector or by fuzzy measure.This work proposes the information fusion paradigm and conceptual framework in MCGDM,and then indicates the two-stage method to obtain the final comprehensive evaluation result.In different uncertainty decision environments,this work proposes two weighting vector determination methods based on the inconsistency and uncertainty nature of data,respectively.Given two fuzzy measures with dimension n and m,this work also finds an insteresting method to generate many new nm dimensional fuzzy measures based on the concept Cognitive Strength.This article discusses fuzzy measure based integral methods concerned with Cognitive Method and cognitive uncertainty.In detail,it studies Cognitive Integral,Generalized Cognitive Integral and Adapted Cognitive Integral,respectively.It shows Cognitive Integral and Generalized Cognitive Integral are not Aggregation Functions,but pre-Aggregation Functions.It proves that Adapted Cognitive Integral is indeed a new type of Aggregation Function,which has better monotonicities with respect to its all parameters.Adapted Cognitive Integral has two equivalent forms,within which one can be much more conveniently applied in practices.The new types of integral discussed in this study are also further generalizations of some classical fuzzy measure based integrals.As an application of Coginitive Integral,we propose the Cognitive h-index which improves the reasonability of traditional h-index in scientometrics evaluation.This research stresses that Basic Uncertain Information(BUI)is the condensed form of some other uncertain information types.BUI is formed by a pair,within which one represents the general data type while the other indicates the Certainty Degree of the data provided.The aggregation methods for BUI need much more carefulness,strictness and reasonability.This study proposes the paradigm for aggregation of BUI,discusses the aggregation method to aggregate Certainty Degrees which only takes 0 and 1.Then,by generating a new type of fuzzy measure,Uncertain Fuzzy Measure,it finally finds a way to aggregate Certainty Degrees in general condition.This study also discusses some general ways to create binary evaluation functions with their application in BUI information evaluation.This study points out that hesitance uncertainty is a human innate psychological phenomenon pervasively existing in our daily life.Though it is very complex and still can not be fully understood,there have been many researchs related to this interesting topic.This study proposes two fundamental problems related to hesitance uncertainty.The first one is about how to elicit hesitance information from human thinking processes and actions(Generating Problem).The second one is about how to effectively and reasonably measure the hesitance degree from given hesitance information(Measuring Problem).Around these two problems,we discuss and analyze some real examples showing that hesitance information indeed might be recorded and presented.Hesitance information is classified into two general classes:Static Hesitance and Dynamic Hesitance.Some eliciting and measuring methods and models are devised to handle those informations.The researches on uncertain information funsion has significant importance on the development of social economy,and these researches can provide support and help to the academic studies of risk evaluation and decision.
