Since the reform and opening up,while China is creating miracles of economic growth,the deterioration of resources and environment has become increasingly severe.The party's 18 th National Congress proposed to put ecological civilization construction in a prominent position and integrate ecological civilization construction into all aspects and the whole process of China's economic construction,political construction,cultural construction and social construction.The party's 19 th National Congress has unprecedentedly raised the construction of ecological civilization to the height of the millennium of the Chinese nation's sustainable development.From this we can see the importance and urgency of building an ecological civilization.In particular,with the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the main social contradictions have been transformed into "a conflict between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and uneven development." Compared with the people's growing beautiful ecological environment after solving the problem of food and clothing,China's ecological environment has become the most prominent short board,and the environmental carrying capacity has reached or approached the upper limit,lagging behind economic and social development.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "The problem of ecological environment is ultimately a matter of economic development." If we want to fundamentally suppress the deterioration of the ecological environment and make up for the prominent shortcomings of the ecological environment as soon as possible,we must start with economic construction and truly implement ecological civilization construction.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out: "Our country's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.It is now in the period of changing the development mode,optimizing the economic structure,and transforming the growth momentum.The construction of a modern economic system is an urgent requirement to cross the juncture and the strategic goals of our country's development." It clearly demonstrated the deepening of structural reform on the supply side,the acceleration of the construction of an innovative country,the implementation of a strategy for rural revitalization,the implementation of a coordinated development strategy for the region,the acceleration of the improvement of the socialist market economic system,and the promotion of a new pattern of openness as a modern economic system in important area.Therefore,the integration of ecological civilization into socialist economic construction with Chinese characteristics is,from the current point of view,mainly integrated into these six major fields.The integration of ecological civilization into socialist economic construction with Chinese characteristics is an urgent requirement for
