Human Capital Effect Of The "ecological" In The Construction Of Ecological Civilization And Social Analysis

With the rapid development of economy in China, environmental problems are becoming increasingly serious such as environmental pollution, ecological degradation, severe soil erosion, biodiversity declined and lack of resources which hinder the economy development in China. Facing with environment and climate issues, the Chinese Government put forward the requirements of ecological civilization construction, upgrading industrial structure, and changing the mode of economic growth. In this context there is great theoretical and practical significance to study the role of human capital.In this paper, the concept of human capital was refined,the ecological of human capital was defined and its connotation and classification were studied. In the evolution of human civilization, people play different role on the nature due to the different knowledge. The concept, meaning and targets of ecological civilization are discussed.In the fourth chapter the role of ecological human capital is talked over to increase the ecological consumption and ecological awareness of environmental protection, modifying the industrial structure and transforming the mode of economic growth.There is a conclusion that ecological of human capital is essential in the process of ecological civilization construction.
