With the development of modern equipment system increasingly towards the depth perception,the wisdom of the decision-making,automatically perform the function of the direction of development,the composition of equipment unit variety,complex structure,the equipment failure will cause huge economic losses.Therefore,stability,reliability and maintainability of complex equipment have become the focus of attention,how to ensure the reliability of complex equipment operation has become a major issue facing enterprises and scientific research units.The operation stability of complex equipment is to ensure the reliability of the task,one of the key factors to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,to ensure the reliable running of equipment,reliability analysis is essential for accurate equipment and put forward the reasonable and effective maintenance strategy,this paper studies the reliability analysis and maintenance decision making process of complex equipment from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative,in summary at present,reliability analysis,equipment maintenance and related theory,modeling and research status on the basis of the construction of complex equipment reliability analysis and maintenance decision model is proposed for equipment operation in the process of reliability analysis and maintenance decision method,and through a case simulation of the model was verified,not only improve the scientific and accurate reliability analysis and maintenance decision making of equipment during the operation,but also for the enterprise The equipment maintenance management decision-making provide reference and basis,to a certain extent to solve the difficulties and defects in the practical application of reliability analysis and maintenance decision of traditional equipment system,and provides a new idea for the operation process of complex equipment reliability analysis and maintenance decision,the main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The research framework of reliability analysis and maintenance decision for complex equipment operation process is presented.Through the discussion of the reliability of complex equipment operation theory,in view of its function and complicated structure,the source of the fault characteristics,the reliability analysis of process reliability theory,an important theory of polymorphism,the universal generating function and evidence theory is introduced in the complex equipment,equipment and components of the multi state degradation mechanism is proposed based on analysis on the framework of service stage reliability of equipment system,establishes the theoretical support for the development and analysis of the reliability of complex equipment maintenance decision.(2)A GERT network model for complex equipment based on component reliability is proposed.In a reasonable measure of complex equipment system based on multiple reliability,construction subsystem of GERT network model,algorithm design and diagnosis of complex equipment system reliability of internal fluctuation transmission process,analyzes the basic characteristics of the series structure and parallel structure,mixed model of GERT network structure,the design parameters and influence factors of reliability level of complex equipment the subsystem level of performance to identify key subsystems of complex equipment systems and components.(3)The model of complex equipment replacement and maintenance based on the importance of the whole life cycle is studied systematically.On the basis of the theory of comprehensive importance,the optimization of the decision making for the replacement of the multi state complex equipment is studied.With Griffith importance,given the life cycle comprehensive importance calculation method,analyzes the elements of life and maintenance time is exponential distribution,the whole life cycle of the basic properties of general importance,that the life cycle integrated importance calculation method of series parallel and parallel series hybrid structure of typical equipment system,and finally verified by simulation of the whole life cycle of equipment replacement in comprehensive importance effective application in maintenance,to provide decision support for the enterprise to take replacement and maintenance.(4)The model of selective maintenance of complex equipment operation process is constructed.Based on the existence of multiple non intact maintenance mode maintenance strategy as the starting point,systematically carry out the study on selective maintenance problem of complex equipment,first constructed equipment system reliability maximization as the selective model of the objective function,at the same time using Markov theory and through using the generating function theory,build a multi state reliability task selective equipment the maintenance model is established in this paper.The precise function between the maintenance level maintenance effects,effectively realizes the reasonable allocation of maintenance time and maintenance costs.The research results show that the proposed method is more effective than the traditional maintenance plan,and provides decision support for maintenance personnel to provide decision support.(5)A method of decision optimization for complex equipment maintenance scheme based on fuzzy D-S theory is proposed.In view of the existing maintenance scheme evaluation index system of universality,combing the previous literature to construct the initial index system maintenance project evaluation,through interviews and expert survey to further improve the index system,improve the applicability of the index.According to the uncertainty and conflict of expert evaluation information,the evidence theory is introduced,and the original evidence theory synthesis rules are modified by the concept of "credibility" and "relative certainty".Using intuitionistic fuzzy sets to describe expert reviews,constructing the fuzzy judgment matrix,using subjective and objective weighting combining the structure entropy weight method to determine the weight of index screening maintenance program based on TOPSIS method,effectively solve the traditional method in the calculation of uncertainty and ambiguity,and improves the maintenance decision optimization the reasonability and accuracy.
