The reliability of complex product has a lot of problems.Such as,engineering methods solve the reliability allocation for products with simple structure,but ineffective for the products with complex structure,most of which depend on the expert's subjective experience.In addition,reliability allocation methods with constraint construct the reliability distribution model on the basis of product structure.But maintenance is important for the complex products from the respective of life-cycle,so it is insufficient to only consider the manufacturing cost.In this article,a service-oriented reliability allocation method is put forward,which is set up based on availability.This method not only considers the maintenance cost and manufacturing cost,also pays attention to the efficiency of products putting into use by constructing availability constraints.Concrete research is as follows:1.A GERT network is put forward according to the randomness of maintenance time and maintenance process.First of all,it is necessary to analyze the basic process of maintenance process and straighten out the basic logic of repair process,so as to draw process diagram.Secondly,the process diagram should be translated into GERT network diagram based on the logical relationship of GERT network.Finally,the analysis of the historical data in different stages helps to get the mean value of network maintenance time through the nature of moment generating function.2.A reliability allocation is constructed after discussing function relationship between the manufacturing cost and maintenance cost.Firstly,the objective function for the whole life cycle cost must be done after arguing the cost function model,for the maintenance cost and manufacturing costs are both associated with reliability.Then it is important to set up reliability constraints and availability constraints,before which the connection of reliability and availability between the whole system and the subsystem need to be set up on the basis of product structure.At last,LINGO can be used to solve the service-oriented reliability allocation model after it is constructed.3.A case analysis of a certain complex product is put forward to validate the rationality of service-oriented reliability allocation model according to the steps above.Firstly,the maintenance time of the subsystem are solved after analyzing random process of product maintenance.Secondly,reliability allocation planning model must be set up according to the product structure.Thirdly,the solution and sensitivity analysis of is displayed.
