Research On The Evolution Of Characteristic Town From The Perspective Of Complex Adaptive System

At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping pointed out that economic,political,cultural,social,and ecological civilization construction has entered a new stage.The main contradiction of the society has transformed into the contradiction between the growing demand for better life of the people and the unbalanced development.China has entered a new era.It is of strategic significance to meet the needs of the people for a better life,to build an important platform for local development,to promote the development of new urbanization,to realize the transformation of traditional small towns and to promote the sustainable development of China's economy and society.The characteristic town is a new product adapted to the development of the new era and a natural result of respecting the laws of urban development.It is a new model created by adaptability and an open and complex system.Since July 2016,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has announced two batches of 403 characteristic towns.Each province has announced nearly 1,000 provincial-level characteristic towns and the General Administration of Sport announced 96 sports and leisure towns.At the same time,the Forestry Bureau,the Ministry of Agriculture,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine have all proposed the construction of forest towns,agricultural internet towns,industrial cultural towns,and Chinese medicine culture towns.In addition,major companies are also actively involved in the construction of characteristic towns.With the large-scale construction of the characteristic town,there will be many unsustainable problems,which put forward urgent needs for scientific research.The characteristic town is a new thing.It needs a more mature system methodology to guide it.The theory of complex adaptive system organically connects microcosmic and macro.It emphasizes that agent can actively adjust their state through the stimulusresponse model to adapt to external changes and strive for their maximum survival and sustainable development.Compared with the traditional method,the theory reveals the overall evolution of things from the perspective of the micro subject,and can better understand the law of the development of things.At the same time,the research opens up a new space for sustainable development research from a new perspective of adaptation.At present,there are not many achievements in integrating the theory of complex adaptive systems with the study of sustainable development.In summary,this paper study the evolution of the characteristic town system from the perspective of the complex adaptive system theory and reveals the evolutionary rule.It is a research topic with theoretical and practical significance.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,study the characteristic town system from the perspective of a complex adaptive system,identify characteristic town was a complex adaptive system by using characteristic properties of the complex adaptive system theory.298 characteristic town cases were collected from home and abroad by using octopus collectors and literature research methods.Through case studies and literature studies,analyzed the characteristic identity and subjects of the complex adaptive system of characteristic towns.On this basis,explored the goal of the complex adaptive system of characteristic towns,and combined with the study of the evolutionary process of ten typical case,the structure and function of the complex adaptation system of a characteristic town were analyzed.At the same time,the dimensions of the sustainable capacity building of the complex adaptive system in characteristic towns were constructed.Then,analyzed the supply-demand dynamic balance process of the sustainable development of the complex adaptive system.Through the above research,we deepen the research on the characteristic town system under the perspective of the complex adaptive system,and lay a good foundation for the following research on the evolution of the characteristic town system.Secondly,explored the evolution process of characteristic town under the perspective of complex adaptive systems.Discussed the formation mechanism of the system by using the stimulus response model and the competitive credit assignment mechanism.From the micro and macro logical relation of the complex adaptive system theory,explored the hierarchy of the adaptive evolution of the system,that is,the microcosmic basic body,meso power and macro system evolution.The NK landscape model with self-adaptive evolution in characteristic towns was constructed based on fitness landscape and NK model,and discussed its main evolution process.Finally,summarized the main characteristics and core mechanisms of adaptive evolution of complex adaptive system.Thirdly,study three main core mechanisms.In the study of adaptive learning mechanism,discussed the reason of adaptive learning,the adaptive learning process of system adaptive agent,and the dynamic model.In the mechanism of bifurcation and catastrophe,discussed the bifurcation and catastrophe of multilevel system,and put forward the main factors.Build the cusp model of system bifurcation and mutation based on weighted entropy,and analyze the manifold and condition of system bifurcation and mutation.In the emerging mechanism,discussed the emerging phenomenon,the conditions of emergence,the mechanism of emergence,the emergence of the hierarchy of structure and state and the so on.Put forward the emerging path.Through the study of three core mechanisms,we explore a series of systematical evolution problems,such as how to adaptively develop the complex adaptive system of the characteristic town,when to bifurcate and mutation,and what kind of structure and level of the town emerge.Finally,verified the rationality of the conclusion with the system evolution of Maotai characteristic town.Summed up the general problems of system adaptive evolution and put forward some relevant suggestions.
