China,as one of the largest developing countries,owns the highest proportion and largest number in the world.Due to their limited qualification,only 20% of them could get loans from traditional banks,which seriously hindering the small and micro economic development in China.China's e-business platform microcredit(referred to as China's e-business microcredit)has greatly alleviated their microcredit demand by virtue of its inherent characteristics of convenience,fastness,safety,and efficiency.It brings disruptive challenge to the microcredit of traditional banks.Is China's e-business microcredit a disruptive innovation? How does it form into disruptive innovation? What disruptive innovation does it become? Given that e-business microcredit is still in fast development stage in China,the extant theories are in lack of substantive study on disruptive innovation of e-business microcredit in China relative to practical phenomena constantly emerging.Thus it is urgent to study it systematically and theoretically.It is useful to enriching and developing disruptive innovation theory,and providing great theoretical value and practical application significance to promote rapid development of new microcredit in China.Firstly,it makes a literal review on and discusses relevant theoretical foundations.In combination with retrospective analysis on theories and practical phenomenon analysis,it proposes and accurately defines related concepts of disruptive innovation of China's e-business microcredit,fully analyzes its connotation,and reveals its complex attributes and essential characteristics,thus laying solid foundation for future studies.Secondly,based on user behavior theories related,by combining qualitative research method with quantitative research method,it constructs the conceptual model of influencing factors related to user behaviors of disruptive innovation of China's e-business microcredit.It empirically studies the function of seven factors influencing different usage intention and behavior of users(early user and late user),and investigates thoroughly intrinsic relation and functions between them to get corresponding conclusive propositions.It provides a new perspective for the study on disruptive innovation theory at market level.Thirdly,based on disruptive innovation,business model,complex system,and environmental scanning theories,it uses empirical multiple case study method to construct the overall analysis model of business model driven multi-stage process and its mechanism of disruptive innovation of China's e-business microcredit,and interprets its complex driven process and systematic mechanism.Thus,this study breaks through the limitation of disruptive business model innovation driven by two dimensional factorsFourthly,by using the empirical multiple case study method,it constructs the conceptual path model for disruptive innovation of China's e-business microcredit to thoroughly analyze and reveal the path types and their evolutionary objective mechanism in terms of enterprise resource,enterprise capability,enterprise knowledge,and business infrastructure as a result of the interaction between technological advancement and market performance.By combing TRIZ theory,it further reveals its path evolution objective mechanism,and discloses their different formation process and laws in-depth.It has made contributions to the path selection of disruptive innovation.Fifthly,by using comparative case study method in combination with BP neural networks method,it builds the risk control and its core basic model of disruptive innovation of China's e-business microcredit.It further analyzes and reveals risk control process and essential feature of China's e-business microcredit.It reveals its most unique and exquisite risk control model,improves related studies of disruptive innovation of China's e-business microcredit,and provides guidance and reference for subsequent practical application.Based on the above studies,it provides improved strategies of disruptive innovation of China's e-business microcredit in terms of user behavior related influencing factors,business model driven process and mechanism,path model,and risk control model,respectively.
