China's tourism industry is developing,forming a pattern of the Internet plus Tourism,the traditional travel agencies are affected by the online travel industry.The scale of online travel services is expanding,and new business models are emerging in the industry,Under the dual impetus of demand and new technology,China's current online travel market has produced a variety of business models.Some domestic enterprises have better business models than foreign online travel companies.Research and practical application of business model has been widely concerned.Management expert Drucker once said that today the competition between enterprises is not the competition between products,but the competition between business models.If the Online Tourism Enterprises want to survive and grow in the accumulation of market competition,they must learn from the mature business model,combined with their own business,based on the current environment to design,to the design and evaluation of business model,They must seize the current key trends in the industry,making use of the transition period of online travel market,using the design of business model to realize its own development.This research chooses the business model of Internet tourism enterprises as the research object.Through questionnaire survey,literature analysis,system analysis and model analysis,this paper presents the evaluation model and evaluation method,which is used to evaluate the business model of online travel companies.Using a questionnaire survey to obtain a large number of first-hand information to evaluate the business model of online travel companies.The purpose of this research is:(1)to define the meaning of the business model of Online Tourism Enterprises.(2)By studying the current situation of the domestic online travel industry and the related company's business model to define the elements of the business model and evaluation dimensions.(3)Construct a questionnaire investigation and case study model.Hope that through the study of this paper,the development of online travel business model to study the trajectory,summed up the business model in the online travel industry development context,analysis of the development trend,Through the user evaluation for the business model of online travel enterprise elements present,discovered the law of common business model of online travel company,to provide reference for the evaluation of the business model of online travel companies.The research process of this topic:(1)Background analysis:China's online travel market is hot,but at the same time,the problems also emerge in an endless stream.(2)Put fonrward the problem:how to evaluate the business model of tourism enterprises,to provide business model design and improvement,innovation and related reference.(3)To analysis the problem:through the combination of questionnaire investigation and case analysis,to study the connotation,logic and elements of the business model of internet tourism enterprises.(4)To solve the problem:to put forward the connotation and dimension of the evaluation of the business model of online tourism enterprises,and to verify the theoretical hypothesis through the structural equation.The conclusions of this topic:(1)Dimensions of evaluation model of Internet tourism enterprises's business model includes 7 aspects,business models are:user experience,risk control,brand effect,key business,core resources,multilateral platform,product price.(2)The dominant factor of the business model of online travel business is the attraction of the user,which is more than the profit model.User attractiveness will have a positive role in promoting the profit model of online travel companies.User experience has the greatest impact on the user's attractiveness.Core resources and product prices have the greatest impact on the profit model.Brand effect will have a positive impact on key business;Risk control can have a positive impact on the enterprise's core resources,products,platform construction.Innovative points of this study:(1)To expand the business model of the extension,so that it is applied to the online travel business.Through the summary of domestic and foreign scholars' research,the business model of online tourism enterprises is studied.(2)To evaluate the elements of business model from the perspective of online travel website users.(3)By combining empirical analysis with case analysis.The theory of business model has been further enriched and developed in the course of tourism.
