Since the economic reform in China,the development of economic has achieved rapid growth and remarkable achievements.However,some businesses have resorted to unscrupulous profits in order to get more profit.The society has blindly pursued economic interests while ignoring the basic ethical and moral phenomena.Throughout the relevant research results,previous studies have focused more on what factors influence the behavioral ethics and what factors influence behavioral ethics.The main focus of the studies is from the macro level of society to study the behavioral ethics,and few researches are from the organizational micro level.Therefore,this study finds that employees as the micro level of the enterprise is the first line to directly complete the work of the enterprise,and is the first line of concrete the corporate behavior.The employee's behavioral ethics is worth studying and has research value.This dissertation is organized in the order of proposing,analyzing and solving problem.The concept of the employee behavior ethics is according to the United States scholars Linda K.Trevino's definition that is "behavioral of ethics is the study of individual behavior and individual behavior ethical judgment is society generally accepted ethical behavior".Under the concept boundary,from the micro-individuals in the enterprise,the basic elements are employees.There are two major parts of the specific research content:First,the content structure of corporate employee behavioral ethics.This part of the self-developed scale forms a four-dimensional structure of corporate employee behavioral ethics.Second,the formation mechanism of employee behavior ethics,the influencing factors of employee behavior ethics,and the mediating and regulating effects between influencing factors and employee behavior ethics.Through literature studies,interview method,open questionnaire,the pretest and formal questionnaire of behavioral science research methods,the study found that the main conclusions include the followings:(1)The content structure of the enterprise employee behavioral ethics includes four dimensions that are Civilized manners,Dedication,Integrity and Hard working.(2)Research on the formation mechanism of employee behavioral ethics in enterprises.The three elements of social factors:personal values,organizational ethics,and ethical leadership are the influencing factors of employee behavioral ethics.A personal value has a significant positive effect on employee behavioral ethics.Organizational ethical climate also has a significant positive effect on employee behavioral ethics.Ethical leadership also has significantly positive influence on employee behavioral ethics.The match that is between individual values and organizational ethical atmosphere has a significant mediating role between three factors and employee behavioral ethics.Job Control between personal values and ethics employee behavior does not have moderating role between personal value and employee behavioral ethics.While the job control have the moderating role between Organizational ethical climate and employee behavioral ethics and have the moderating role between ethical leadership and employee behavioral ethics.The innovations of this study include:the development of the corporate employee behavioral ethics content structure.The formation mechanism of employee behavioral ethics in Chinese enterprises.Include the influencing factors of the enterprise employee behavioral ethics;the exploration of the mediating effects between the influencing factors and the Chinese enterprise employee behavioral ethics and the influencing factors.Because of the limited sample size of this study,whether the research conclusions can be pushed to all types and regions of enterprises also requires further examination.Therefore,it is also expected that follow-up scholars will conduct further research on this issue.
