At the turn of the XXI century in the world revealed a new trend: geoeconomic approach to the development of the world economic space. The modern economy is globalizing, and we can say that the territorial borders of States are losing their economic meaning. In order to retain economic advantages and search for new points of development, countries are forced to resort to new approaches to developing interaction with each other. To date, there are already such global projects and initiatives as EU,EurAsEC,One Belt and One Road, etc. One of the territories of future economic wars is the Arctic. When inaccessible territory as the melting of glaciers opens up a new field of geopolitical games, full of energy and other natural resources and able to turn the world's logistics. It is the issue of logistics that should be solved first of all, providing access to all the resources of the region. And this Research is devoted to the formation and development of the international Arctic corridor. The Research conducted a comparative analysis of potential Arctic routes and prospects for their development. It was also proposed a program for the development of the most attractive route – the Northern sea route. The problems of its development are analyzed. It was found that in the conditions of sanctions and the current level of the economy,Russia is not able to modernize and develop the NSR alone. However, all the scenarios proposed by the leadership and popular in the Russian scientific community do not satisfy the interests of Russia's main potential partner in the Arctic – China. In this regard,an attempt was made to analyze the shortcomings of the current models of interaction between Russia and China and propose a model that would not only meet the interests of both countries, but also be supported by a theoretical and exemplary basis for further research and application in practice. This work not only reveals the importance of the Arctic region as a field of geopolitical interests of the leading countries of the world. But it also offers a model of cooperation between Russia and China,as well as a common strategy for the development and modernization of the Arctic international transport corridor. The main innovation of this Thesis is to systematically study and analyze the construction of Arctic routes, and to provide ideas with academic support for the development of international logistics channels in the Arctic region.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, this Thesis argues that Russian Northern Sea Route has certain foundation and advantages in the process of developing into an Arctic international logistics channel. On the basis of objective analysis, this Thesis judge the investment and workload scale of building Arctic international logistics corridor and put forward the improvement and development plan of route hardware. Finally, analyze the cooperation mode of the construction and development of the Arctic international logistics corridor between China and Russia based on the national conditions of Russia and China, and propose a new cooperation model between the two countries according to the Strategic alliance theory. The innovation of this model is reflected in the fact that there is no representative scientific research achievement on the development model of Sino-Russian cooperation based on the theory of strategic alliance in academia.Secondly, the existing research often neglects the geo-economic strategies of Russia and China,so its models and proposals are not operable in the actual cooperation between China and Russia. This Thesis tries to break this bottleneck and provide more new ideas for the research in this field.
