Research On Financial Cooperation In The Construction Of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor

The global economy has begun to crawl out of recession since the international financial crisis and the European debt crisis.Economic growth in developed economies is weak,and developing economies are confronted with the pressure of structural reform.The international trade and investment landscape and rules for multilateral trade and investment are undergoing major adjustments.Obviously,the economic development has been a serious problem in many countries.In such a case,“Sino-Mongolian-Russian economic corridor” provides an important platform for making full use of their respective comparative advantages and complementarity of economic structure.It build a paradigm of regional economic cooperation.This paper takes the financial cooperation in the construction of Sino-Mongolian-Russian economic corridor as the object of study and tries to make some suggestions.This paper introduces China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor and analyzes the significance of financial cooperation to the project.Then,it analyzes the financial development and financial cooperation of China,Mongolia and Russia.The paper compares competitiveness and complementarity of the financial industry in China,Mongolia and Russia by two ways: index calculation and Potter diamond model.Finally,based on the above analysis,it finds out some existing problems and put forward some suggestions.
