Third-line Military Enterprise Development And Contemporary Consideration

In the middle of 1960 s,due to the severe international situation around,China urgently needed to establish a stable rear area in the central and western regions with strategic depth.Therefore,a third-line construction focused on military enterprises started with great strength and vigor,and got big achievement in a short,a large number of key enterprises,including aviation,aerospace,electronics,weapons,ships,nuclear and other industries,have been built to produce a large number of weapons to support national defense security.It ensured the security of national defense at that time under complicated international situation.The research object of this paper is the development and contemporary thinking of the third-line military enterprises.The main contents focus on three issues: first,the interpretation of the special historical background,contribution,social responsibility and experience of the third-line military enterprises;second,the analysis of the opportunities and challenges of the third-line military enterprises under the market economy conditions;third,discussion of the third-line military enterprises response strategy confirms to the development of the times.Based on the timeline,this paper discusses the third-line military enterprises and their historical evolution,and analyzes five development stages: "preparing for war and shortage","military turning to civil","the great development of the West and the rise of the central region","the national defense science and Technology Industrial system" and the "structural reform of the supply side".Focuses on the historical background,formation,implementation and characteristics of the third-line military enterprises construction decision making,analyze its historical inevitability,elaborates the historical contribution of the third-line military enterprises over the past 50 years,summarizes their experience and lessons,and makes contemporary thinking.Start from the perspective of social responsibility,deeply analyzes the social responsibility of third-line military enterprises in the new period,discusses the development advantages and disadvantages of the third-line military enterprises under the market economy condition by using the"SWOT"tool,analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the third-line military enterprises under the new market economy environment.Guided by the basic principles of Marxist philosophy,discusses the actively respond strategy of the third-line military enterprises to the challenges of market economy.The innovation of this paper lies in that,guided by Xi Jinping's ideology with Chinese characteristics socialism in the new era,using Marxist theoretical thinking,on the basis of a large number data confirmation and data analysis,combining data analysis with case study,we try our best to outline the whole situation of the third-line military industry enterprises construction,so as to make us have a more complete understanding of the whole historical process of the third-line military enterprises construction.With the scientific attitude of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,this paper analyzes the historical characteristics and realistic environment of the third-line military enterprises,enriches their practice by lesson learns from advanced theories and models,and systematically expounds the phased characteristics,historical contributions,development experience,positive and negative inspirations,and future development strategies of the third-line military enterprises.By using the experience of western countries' military enterprises construction,this paper analyzes,compares and studies the gains and losses of the third-line military enterprises construction,provides a systematic theoretical system and comprehensive path planning for the construction of the third-line military enterprises in the new period,and has a great positive value for promoting the reform,innovation and rapid development of the third-line military enterprises construction.The history of the third-line construction is magnificent.It not only profoundly affects the Chinese military industry system construction,but also plays a vital role in the development of local economy.It deeply reflects the fate change of the past decades of Chinese national defense,social economy and other aspects.Looking back on the past and knowing the present,based on the summarize of literature,surround the construction background and development change,this paper discusses its forming development and strategy thought to market economy challenge,summarizes related theory from it,and aims to the existing issues,this paper explores third-line military enterprises response strategy confirms to the development of the times through enterprise social responsibility and the reformation and development under market economy,hoping it will be helpful to the third-line military enterprises development under the new situation.
