Study On The Development Of Tourism Industrial Convergence In Qiang Region

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,China’s national economy has also turned to a stage of high-quality development.Tourism,as the top of the five happiness industries that affect people’s livelihood,is shifting from the stage of rapid growth to the stage of high-quality development.Quality and individualization of tourism become the focus of development.It is necessary to innovate the driving force of tourism development,optimize the structure of tourism industry,and promote the transformation,development and upgrading of tourism industry.The implementation of all-for-one tourism is the inevitable choice to change the development mode of tourism and promote the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry.Industrial convergence is the core content and important way to promote the all-for-one tourism strategy.Nowadays,the trend of convergence of culture and tourism has been reflected at the national and local levels.The 5·12 Wenchuan earthquake was a disaster for the qiang people and its impact is far-reaching.After the reconstruction,great changes have taken place in the qiang region.Now,it has entered a crucial period of striving to create an all-for-one tourism demonstration zone and ushered in the full implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Although the scale of tourism industry as the pillar industry of the qiang region has been expanded in recent years,it shows some problems such as slow growth,low industrial level,insufficient motive force of the development and unbalanced regional development.Although the convergence of tourism industry appeared earlier,there are still some problems,such as relatively single convergence form,insufficient convergence depth,unclear product features,and insignificant convergence effect,which urgently require the tourism industry to further seek resources integration,transformation,upgrading and innovative development.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to strengthen the construction of tourism connotation and service quality,accelerate and deepen the promotion of cross-field industrial integration and linkage development.Based on the theoretical basis of industrial convergence,this paper discusses the connotation,mechanism and forms of tourism industrial convergence,and analyzes the characteristics and typical cases of tourism industrial convergence in ethnic areas.On this basis,this paper analyzed the current situation of tourism development,thebasis,form,internal mechanism and dynamic mechanism of tourism industrial convergence in Qiang region,and constructed the evaluation index system of industrial convergence of agriculture,cultural and tourism,industrial convergence of cultural,commerce and tourism,industrial convergence of cultural,sport and tourism by using system theory and analytic hierarchy process,which established a set of theoretical analysis system of tourism industrial convergence in Qiang region.This paper combines qualitative and quantitative methods such as literature research,field investigation and comparative analysis,and conducts case analysis and empirical research on the current situation of tourism industrial convergence in Qiang region from the perspective of county,village,town and scenic spot.At the county level,grey correlation analysis method is adopted to calculate the degree of correlation between tourism and the three industries in the four counties of Qiang region--Wenchuan,Lixian,Maoxian and Beichuan counties.Combined with literature research and field investigation,the level of tourism industrial convergence in four counties is evaluated as a whole.In villages,towns and the scenic area,according to the different form of five field investigation points,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate the degree of industrial convergence of agriculture,cultural and tourism in Pintou Qiang village,Taoping Qiang village and Shiyi Qiang village,evaluate the degree of industrial convergence of cultural,commerce and tourism in Shuimo ancient town,evaluate the degree of industrial convergence of cultural,commerce and tourism and industrial convergence of cultural,sport and tourism in ancient Qiang castle.At the same time,this paper constructs the system dynamics model of industrial convergence of agriculture,cultural and tourism,and industrial convergence of cultural,commerce and tourism in Qiang region.The dynamic simulation and analysis of agricultural,cultural tourism convergence system and cultural,commercial tourism convergence system from 2013 to 2023 were carried out respectively in four counties of Qiang region to predict the overall development trend in the future.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: Firstly,it is necessary and urgent for Qiang region to promote the development of tourism industrial convergence.Secondly,comprehensive benefits of tourism industrial convergence in Qiang region have initially emerged including economic,social,cultural and ecological benefits..Third,the three main forms of tourism industrial convergence in Qiang region are agricultural cultural tourism,cultural and commercial tourism and cultural and sporttourism.Among them,agricultural cultural tourism and cultural commercial tourism are the most extensive.The development trend and effect of cultural and commercial tourism are better than that of agricultural cultural tourism.Fourth,the process of tourism industrial convergence in Qiang region is slow,the convergence form is relatively simple,and the degree of convergence is not deep enough.The tourism industrial convergence is still in the initial stage and low superficial level.The scale and effect is limited,and the comprehensive benefit is not significant.Fifth,the supporting infrastructure and public services for tourism industrial convergence in Qiang region are not yet mature.Sixth,the regional level of tourism industrial convergence in Qiang region is not coordinated and balanced,and there are great spatial differences in the breadth,depth,speed and degree of convergence.The restricting factors of tourism industrial convergence in Qiang region include weak industrial foundation,immature market mechanism,organizational barriers,innovation obstacle,obstacle of the government system,traffic inconvenience and natural disasters,etc.Aiming at the current situation and existing problems of tourism industrial convergence in Qiang region,this paper puts forward the optimization path from the county,village,town and scenic area,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the government,enterprises,village committee and Qiang people.It is hoped that by exploring the innovation and convergence of tourism industry in Qiang region,as well as the path and development direction of industrial convergence,a beneficial reference can be put forward for the adjustment and upgrading of the tourism industry structure,the development of all-for-one tourism and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Qiang region.
