With the spread of mobile terminals,such as smart phones and tablet computers,completing the basic necessities of life by mobile applications has been gradually accepted by the public.Mobile applications are developing very fast.Compared with traditional PC side application,mobile applications have characteristics such as access to cheap,full use of fragments of time,anytime using and their scopes will become wider with the development of the mobile Internet.Users in our country are accustomed to use mobile Internet in free pattern,so as a mobile app for the mobile Internet portal,and it is generally provided free of charge to users.Developers will own profits through the users' using of paid service or placing ads within the mobile app.It is different from direct sales model of traditional applications,and mobile applications use the free patterns.This model not only needs the user to download and access to software,but also requires the user to use target products for a long time,in this way business or individual developer will own profits through mobile app.The research focus of this article is users' continued behavior after users' choice.Products should not only to attract users,but also to retain users and establish long-term relationships.So,it has become the focus of discussion of the theory and practice that what features will make mobile applications appeal to consumers and have long term relationship with users.This is also the urgent problem that author's research wants to solve.Research methods of this study include literature research,normative research,empirical research and evaluation research.The Literature study aims to summary major reference and find research questions.Normative study aims to analysis primarily sticky factors and build a model framework for mobile applications stickiness.Empirical research adopts empirical methods to validate the model.Assessment study is to assess the application value factors in the model.Research focuses on four aspects: First,research is to analyse the connotation and classification of stickiness about mobile application.Through the literature review,research will summary the concept of stickiness and sort stickiness into users' stickiness and applications' stickiness.Users' stickiness aims to analysis of adhesion for mobile application from user's psychology and behavior.Applications' stickiness aims to analysis qualitative characteristics of mobile applications.Second,research is to diagnosis the construction of user experience patterns about mobile applications.By mobile application users ' demographic characteristics and behavior research,study is to summarize the general behavior of mobile customers' using the application process and lay the foundation for establishing user experience pattern.Research reviewed the user experience standards of Microsoft,which comes from Windows Phone provides the basis for the establishment of user experience which can promote cohesive formation.Third,study is to analyse the forming mechanism of stickiness about mobile application from the users' perspective and find the sticky factor.By reviewing the existing user behavior theory,website stickiness theory and customer value theory,study will build the user stickiness model of mobile applications,which are not intended for applications' stickiness,but direct links to users' stickiness.Fourth,study is to analyse of affective factors of viscosity,and then summary user experience pattern which can promote the formation of mobile applications' stickiness.From a design point of view,stickiness of factors in the model is too broad,the developer cannot directly put the theories into practice,these sticky concepts need to be further analyzed,the ultimate goal is to act on the user's experience and realize practical application.Through theoretical analysis and empirical testing,conclusions from research are as follows:First,the viscous behavior of mobile application can be affected by multiple variables.Habits and subjective norm indirectly influence the viscosity intention of users.Habit have a direct impact on user sticky intentions,habit also acts on switching costs.Perceiving application quality affects the users ' perceiving quality and flow experience.Flow experiences influences users' perception of value and overall satisfaction directly acts on user sticky intentions.Switching costs directly acts on stickiness intention.Alternatives attraction effects of switching costs and directly contributes to the stickiness of intention.Platform service attributes have a direct impact on users' sticky intention.The user stickiness behavior of mobile applications directly determines the viscosity behavior of users.Second,study constructed the user experience pattern which based on sticky factors form the basic dimensions.Basic dimension is a basement of mobile applications' producing stickiness,which is also general evaluation of mobile applications which can be accepted by users.As meeting basic dimension,mobile applications can guarantee high quality,can be used by the user,but does not necessarily have the viscosity characteristics.Instead if mobile application does not meet the requirements of basic dimension,then it will not certainly be accepted by the user and cannot generate stickiness.Basic dimension is divided into application using quality dimensions and dimension of product quality.Third,study constructed the user experience pattern which based on sticky factors form the core dimensions.Core dimension is the driving factor of viscosity of mobile application,it is necessary for the formation of stickiness.Three parts of stickiness factor that the core dimensions conclude are as follows: stickiness factor based on flow experience structuring characteristics,stickiness factor based on user habits and the stickiness factor based on subjective norms.Through the research,article has supplied the deficiency of stickiness research of the existing mobile apps and contributed to a better understanding of mobile users' behavior.Study has discussed mobile applications' user experience pattern through influencing factors of viscosity,and clearly constituted evaluation system of user experience pattern,and provided a theoretical foundation and practice of guarantee for developing mobile applications with stickiness characteristics.Application developer can allocate of appropriate resources based on conclusions of the index system,and make different design strategies in order to achieve the business objectives of mobile applications.
