China has entered a deep aging society.As of the end of 2019,China 's population aged 60 and over accounted for 18.1% of the total population.The trend of population gradually entering aging is inevitable.The mobile user group is facing aging,and financial technology is moving towards “FinTech” In the era,the gradual close integration of the financial industry and mobile applications is also facing an aging trend.The Older users will encounter obstacles when using mobile apps,whether it is in terms of function or vision,financial mobile applications based on user experience need to be improved for "adaptability",and advance research on the adaptability based on information interaction.This paper first conducts desk research from the background of China's financial technology research,analyzes the research status of financial technology and the research status of aging,and combines the current mobile application user group's age structure,lifestyle and operating habits,etc.Redefine the ageing of the application.Then conduct interviews and researches on the older users and the younger users,compare and contrast the needs of the two types of user groups,use the qualitative analysis software Nvivo to organize the data,and analyze the mobile user experience and demand characteristics of the older users.On this basis,in-depth exploration of the operating experience of mobile applications of the older users in physical,psychological,experience,cultural,environmental and other aspects,so as to summarize and summarize the characteristics of the older users needs of financial mobile applications based on user experience,combined with expert interviews,proposed four the design principles of the older users of financial mobile applications in various aspects,they are cognitive life,free manipulation,experience gamification,and revenue visualization.On this basis,the design scheme of financial mobile applications is tested for usability,perform usability testing on it and verify that the design practice can improve the satisfaction of financial mobile application experience for the older users.The age of financial mobile application user groups needs to keep pace with the aging trend of the entire population,follow the evolution of users and the improvement of aging,pay attention to the productization and socialization of financial mobile applications,and create a financial industry with tool attributes and brand changes At the same time,the development of mobile applications needs to take into account the transition users from the PC to the mobile terminal,truly meet the different needs of the existing user group,and enhance the user experience of financial mobile applications.
