Chemical agriculture is a kind of agriculture in the use of energy in order to gain high yield and growth pattern,its harm to the ecological environment,soil harden,acidification,soil fertility decline,agricultural non-point source pollution problem is outstanding,the economic and technical weakness is appearing.Excessive application of pesticides and fertilizers leads to excessive residues in land,water and agricultural products.At the same time,with the improvement of income level,consumers' demand for agricultural products changes from quantitative to quality quantitative.Consumers' demand both quality and quantity of agricultural products.Therefore,the state advocates to promote the green transformation of agriculture,the concept of "green food" was put forward in the "eighth five-year plan".Green agricultural products are increasingly become the target pursued by consumers and producers.The development of green agriculture and the production of green agricultural products is an effective way to overcome the limit of growth caused by resource and environmental crisis.Therefore,the transformation and promotion of green agricultural product production is an important part of high-quality agricultural production in the new era,and the gradual promotion of "regional green agriculture" is expected to solve the agricultural dilemma.It has obvious advantages and conditions for the transition from conventional agriculture to green agriculture in Jilin province.Taking farmers in Jilin province as samples,this paper analyzes the problems of small quantity,small scale and slow growth of green agricultural products,low degree of farmers' participation and high frequency of withdrawal from transformation.Under the guidance of the research paradigm of transformation economics,this paper establishes "cause-conditions-transformation process-benefits evaluation" as the analytical framework for farmers' transformation to green agricultural production.Analyze the current situation,motivation and initial conditions of farmers' transition to green agricultural production.Based on the measurable internal and external factors,the grey situation decision analysis method is adopted to measure the effect of the optimal mode of farmers' production behavior,and the optimal effect measure of green agricultural product production mode is defined.To optimize the decision-making behavior model of farmers' production transformation combined with the characteristics of green agricultural product production.At the same time,stratified sampling survey and COX model were used to analyze the important influencing factors of transformation decision-making in the production practice of farmers in the sample area.AHP-FCE was used to establish the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of farmer transition.The comprehensive benefits were compared in two times,which excluding subsidy elements and benefits comparison in different stages.Study found that in the early years(3 years)of the transition economic benefits is the key of scale,speed,and stable of transition,government subsidies and preferential policy support to comprehensive benefit of ascension,which is to explore the effective path of farmers transformation,enhance the farmers participation,supply supplement and advices for how to make effective policies in helping to bring transformation to rise government's reform and providing the beneficial reference,in order to making the most of limited government resources configuration.The main research conclusions of this paper included the following aspects:Firstly.This study is based on the production status of domestic green agricultural products.Samples farmers of ordinary and green agricultural product production were selected from Jilin province as research objects.The present situation of green agricultural products production in Jilin province is compared with that in the whole country.Using statistical description method to analyze the main contradiction between supply and demand market of agricultural products.Two major contradictions in supply and demand market of green agricultural products consumption due to changes of the structure of consumption demand and the major transformation of consumption concept: first,major changes in the structure and concept of agricultural products' consumption demand have led to the current contradiction between the supply and demand of agricultural products in the market,which has been gradually transformed from rapid growth of demand and insufficient supply of total supply to the contradiction between diversified high-quality agricultural products and the shortage of safe and high-quality agricultural products.Second,the contradiction between the growth of healthy green consumption demand and the supply price and quality of green agricultural products.Confirming the positive significance of farmers' transformation to green agricultural product production mode in the theoretical sense.From the actual situation of green agricultural products production in Jilin province,the number of land and farmers in transformation and upgrading is still relatively low.Taking the production of green agricultural products in China as a reference,it has not given full play to its advantages in natural resources,the scale and speed of its transformation and upgrading are not ideal.The production scale of green agricultural products in jilin province is small,the overall number of farmers is small,the transformation speed is slow,and the frequency and proportion of farmers withdrawing from the transformation are high.Secondly,based on the theory of farmers' behavior change,the measurable internal factor index and external factor index are set as the decision-making target,and the grey situation decision-making model is adopted to measure the effect of the optimal mode of farmers' production behavior.The decision-making result from line to columns,analysis from the point of internal factors and external factors,have shown the green agricultural production is the best choice of peasant household production decision,and combined with the actual situation of Jilin province farmers engaged in green agricultural production,farmers in production scale and speed of transformation are not ideal,and the result of the effect measure does not match exactly,as a result,the decision-making behavior of peasant household production and transformation process also depends on the transformation of the initial conditions.Thirdly,according to the research paradigm of transition economics,the three elements of agricultural development proposed by Sushui are taken as the basis to establish the basic framework,that is government,market and farmers.From the point of producers,the basis is perfect condition,the main body are abundant and the moderate scale management,supporting facilities condition is relatively complete,from irrigation to water conservancy facilities and electricity and transportation ensure the smooth operation of the agricultural production.At the same time,the agricultural technology extension service progress rapidly.It facilitates agricultural conditions of transformation.From the perspective of government support policies,the government policy support has gradually increased and its coverage has gradually increased,which has widened the road for the realization of transformation.Only the consumer market is complex,and there are many influencing factors for consumers' consumption decisions.This paper extracts and analyzes the influencing factors for consumers' consumption decisions through investigation and factor analysis,finally finds that consumers' trust in green agricultural products has a large space for improvement.The expected consumption potential of green agricultural products is huge.To increase the purchase channels and improve the convenience.From the producers,there are three factors influence consumers to purchase green agricultural products: the price,safety and the consumer cognitive factor can be improved to some extent by producer behavior,therefore,promote the farmers to the transformation of green agricultural production is the key,it is the key of sustainable development of agriculture and to build the foundation of agricultural products quality tracking mechanism.Fourthly,based on the farmer's behavior theory,anlyzing the decision-making process of farmers production transformation from individual and agricultural production system level,optimizing the decision-making model of green agricultural product production transformation for farmers based on the characteristics of farmers' production transformation decision.It is found that the cost-benefit-oriented economic factors are the key to the decision-making of farmers' transformation,while the economic factors are not significant factors when the influencing factors are judged in the COX proportional risk model of farmers' transformation production practice.From the theoretical analysis,the cost-benefit relationship is the basic elements: farmers as a rational economic man,the farmers for a production activity whether it is feasible to measure is cost-benefit relationship,a collection of individual decision-making behavior led to the overall transformation.Based on the production decision-making model of farmers in Song Guiwu,this paper discusses the process of green agricultural product production decision-making evaluation,adopts the method of minimum cost or maximum benefit to determine the production decision-making behavior of farmers,and optimizes the production decision-making model of farmer to green agricultural product production;From the perspective of agricultural production system,the transformation of agricultural production is a gradual local transformation.Under different production systems,the production decision-making behavior of farmers is greatly affected by supportive policies.Supportive policies that are conducive to reducing the operating costs of farmers can increase the participation of farmers in the production of green agricultural products.Farmers on the measures of cost benefit and expected results,the difference is bigger,farmers is uncertainty in the process of production in their assessment of the natural conditions,therefore,combined with practical analysis of peasant household production decision,the influence of each factor in the process,by building the COX proportional hazards models to retain 5 groups effective variables,the main influence factors for the farmer's level of education concludes the availability of agricultural production in the information,consumers' cognition of green agricultural products,producers' authentication ease,peasants' consciousness and ability to resist risks.The farmers in the production decision theory related to the cost benefit of economic factors in the transformation of farmers was not significant in practical production,it depends on the particularity of farmers and the difference of the production process,stabilized farmers are supported by the enterprise or government.They have anti-risk ability,strong technical support,supply and marketing information acquisition force transformation,therefore,cost-benefit relationship,such unit is obviously better than the average cost per unit yield,farmers based on the market price of the pure consider not transformation,which showed that economic factors are not significant for decision-making behavior in the domain sample farmers.Fifthly,according to results of the comprehensive benefit evaluation on farmers' transformation,it is found that the economic benefit in the initial stage of transformation(i.e.within 3 years)is the key to achieve the regional transformation.The performance of farmers after production transformation can be measured from three dimensions: economic,socia and ecological benefit.Based on this,it established the performance index evaluation system after the transformation from ordinary agricultural production to green agricultural production and preliminarily evaluated the performance of the transformation of farmers' production behavior.It was found that the improvement of economic benefits was the key factor to improve the comprehensive benefit index of farmers after the transformation.At the same time,the economic benefit in the initial stage of transformation(i.e.within 3 years)is the key to the speed and scale of farmers' transformation.It is also the key to the stability of farmers' participation in the production of green agricultural products and the frequency of their withdrawal from the transformation.As a result,during the transition period,the cost of farmers is high,their income is low,and they even cannot make ends meet.In this paper,AHP-FCE was used to find that the economic benefits decreased significantly especially in the first three years of farmers' transformation,which hindered the stability of farmers' participation in the production of green agricultural products,and restricted the improvement of the overall quality of agricultural products and the development level of green agriculture.Farmers' expectations and concerns about the economic benefits of green agricultural products vary greatly before and after the transformation,which is also an important reason for farmers to decide whether to continue to adhere to the transformation.In particular,the economic benefits within three years of the transition period have a turning significance for the transformation speed and scale of farmers.The improvement of economic benefits is the key link for the improvement of comprehensive benefits after farmers' transformation and upgrading.Therefore,how to improve the economic benefits in the initial stage of green agricultural production transformation is an important issue to promote the scale and speed of farmers' transformation,as well as an important reason to improve the stability of farmers after their transformation.Compared with the existing research results,based on the green agricultural production as the research background,with the microscopic investigation and empirical research to analysis the transformation of green agricultural production,common agricultural production to the green transformation of agricultural production whether can solve or alleviate the two major problems in domestic markets for agricultural products and agricultural production,the process of how to model transformation,the transformation of the performance evaluation through the transformation of the economic perspective of theoretical research,that is the main innovation of this article: firstly,the subject breaks through the past research.This paper focuses on the analysis of the transformation of farmers from ordinary agricultural production to green agricultural production in Jilin province,and puts forward scientific countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of farmers' production transformation and upgrading through the conclusion of the comprehensive evaluation of farmers' transformation decision-making process and transformation performance.Secondly,the research in this paper may enrich the research content of the transition economy.Based on transition economy as the research framework,according to the three elements of kojiro,combining Chen Guiwu peasant household production decision model will be the government,market and farmers as the three major players in the transformation of green agricultural production as the research object,the optimization of green transformation theory of peasant household model,establish farmers to green agricultural production transformation research idea: namely the transformation dynamics,the performance evaluation of initial conditions,process,evaluation as transformation research framework to analysis of peasant household production behavior problems comprehensivly.
