At present,the construction of ecological civilization in China is in a critical period of pressure overlapping and load-bearing promotion,and has entered a critical period of providing more high-quality ecological products to meet the growing needs of people's healthy and high-quality life.However,in the actual production,farmers are driven by their own constraints and interests.The randomness and blindness of pesticide and chemical fertilizer application in the planting process are strong,agricultural machinery dependence is high,and the negative effects of "petroleum agriculture" and food safety problems are still significant.In 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping reiterated once again at the second session of the 13 th National People's Congress that we should adhere to the concept of green development and adopt a new way of high-quality development oriented by ecological priority and green development.At this time,promoting the green development of agriculture and vigorously producing green agricultural products is an effective way to achieve the coordinated development of food safety,ecological construction and economy.As a major agricultural province in China,Xinjiang's total agricultural output value increased from 48.7 billion yuan to 332.7 billion yuan from 2000 to 2017,and its proportion in the total agricultural output value of the whole country also increased from 1.95% to 3.04%.Aksu area,as the characteristic forest and fruit base around Tarim Basin,the hometown of long-staple cotton in China,and the important core area in the middle section of the southern line of the Silk Road Economic Belt,will vigorously promote and improve the overall development level of Xinjiang's agriculture.In order to better study the green development of agriculture in Xinjiang,based on themicro-perspective of farmers,this paper takes Aksu area as the main research area,and analyses farmers' willingness to produce green agricultural products.Only by truly understanding their demands,can we promote the green development of agriculture in a more comprehensive way.Based on this research objective,this paper firstly analyzed the basis of agricultural green development in Aksu region from the aspects of location,climate,water resources and government support policies,and then applied the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the level of agricultural green development in Aksu region.Then,through the form of questionnaires,this paper analyzed farmers' awareness and attitudes towards green agricultural production,and discussed farmers' thinking about the current situation of agricultural product quality and safety.Finally,using binary logistic model,this paper empirically analyzed the farmers' production intention of green agricultural products and the main factors affecting it.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The geographical location,natural conditions,water resources reserves and government policies of Aksu make the region have better basic conditions for green agricultural development.(2)The green development level of regional agriculture scored 80.14 points,reaching a "good" state,and the overall development situation is good.(3)Generally speaking,farmers in the region pay more attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products,and most of them think that the development situation is general,and they still need to focus on improving and improving.(4)Peasant households have a high awareness of green agricultural products,mainly in terms of their price value,but lack of understanding of their production standards,technology and certification system.If we want to promote the development of green agricultural products,special training and learning must be strengthened.(5)The proportion of farmers willing to produce green agricultural products is 80.9%.The willingness to produce is strong,but the actual production behavior is less.The main reasons for this kind of production behavior are: higher production costs,lower productionpotential,lack of knowledge of the corresponding technology,difficult sales,high labor intensity and failure to pass the certification,etc.(6)Empirical analysis of farmers' willingness to produce green agricultural products shows that age,labor force,education level,perception of harm caused by over-application of pesticides,understanding of green agricultural products,consumers' willingness to buy,expected returns and the impact of demonstration effect are the main factors affecting the production of green agricultural products.Accordingly,the following suggestions are put forward: to lay the foundation for the development of green agricultural products by introducing population and talents and improving the cultural quality of the whole people;to promote the development of green agricultural products by propaganda,training and guidance;to add impetus to the development of green agricultural products by science and technology and innovation;to solve the worries of green agricultural products by improving the market circulation system;and to improve the construction of system and mechanism for the development of green agricultural products.Escort.
