Research On The Influence Of Supply Chain Dynamic Capability On The Competitive Advantage Of Agricultural Enterprises Under The Background Of Consumption Upgrade

With the advent of the 21st century,China's food supply and resource needs are more diversified,and the demand for food safety is more urgent.The trend of consumption upgrading has become an important guide for the upgrading of the agricultural industry,which has caused drastic changes in the external environment of agricultural enterprises.Increasingly fierce,the turbulent changes in the environment have made the competition mode between enterprises evolve from static competition to dynamic competition.The situation has gradually shifted from enterprises to supply chains,and supply chain capability has become the main source of competitive advantage.Therefore,agricultural enterprises must dynamically perceive opportunities,seize opportunities,reconstruct resources,and form a certain supply chain dynamic ability to adapt to a complex competitive environment.The frontier theory of enterprise strategy research-supply chain dynamic capability theory is introduced into the field of agricultural enterprise performance management.Its purpose is to solve the problem of weak competition of agricultural enterprises in the consumption upgrading environment due to the loss of supply chain capacity.Through the macro-environmental analysis combined with the theory,the external environment characteristic model of the agricultural enterprise is obtained,and then the dynamic capacity of the agricultural enterprise supply chain is identified and constructed,and the structural equation model is used to analyze the effect and path of the supply chain dynamic capability on the performance improvement of the agricultural enterprise.On the basis of verification and establishment,on the basis of the dynamic capacity of the agricultural enterprise's supply chain,the cultivation mechanism and the improvement path are proposed.The positive significance lies in the construction of new strategic analysis tools and the expansion of theoretical application.The main contents of this research include:(1)On the basis of analyzing the external environment characteristics and evolution rules of agricultural enterprises under the consumption upgrade,through the definition of consumption upgrading environment,the dynamic feature model of consumption upgrading environment is analyzed and constructed layer by layer.(2)Taking the operability of supply chain dynamic capability and the comprehensive improvement effect on enterprise performance as the starting point,analyzing the homogeneity and heterogeneity of supply chain dynamic capability,and constructing the conceptual model of agricultural enterprise supply chain dynamic capability.(3)Based on the supply chain performance data of several core agricultural enterprises,the qualitative research method is used to identify and construct the dimension of the dynamic capacity of the agricultural enterprise supply chain,and verify it.(4)Select the survey data of sample enterprises in Zhejiang,Shandong,Liaoning Province(national and municipal government evaluation models),and use the structural equation model to verify and establish the dynamic capability and path of supply chain dynamics.To prove effective in improving the sustainable competitive advantage of agricultural enterprises.It is of practical significance to finally establish the construction of the supply chain dynamic capabilities.(5)Through the path and actual effect of the established agricultural enterprise supply chain dynamic capability,the paper analyzes and concludes the cultivation and promotion mechanism of the agricultural enterprise supply chain dynamic capability.This paper applies structural equation modeling and tests the theoretical hypothesis.The statistical software SPSS is used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data.The empirical results show that:(1)The dynamic characteristics of consumption upgrading are embodied in complexity,uncertainty,agility and novelty,which are distributed in the competitive basis of agricultural enterprises,supply chain value networks,agricultural enterprise core value activities,agricultural products and services.(2)The conceptual model of agricultural enterprise supply chain dynamic capability,including supply chain learning innovation capability,supply chain strategic coordination capability,supply chain business model reengineering capability and supply chain business process optimization capability,represented by a series of unique organizational processes.(3)The research on the interaction relationship between "consumption upgrading environment-supply chain dynamic capability-agricultural enterprise performance"shows that the consumption upgrading environment has a driving effect on the performance of agricultural enterprises.The internal mechanism of the two is further tested.It is found that the mediating effect of the dynamic capacity of the agricultural enterprise supply chain is reflected in the environmental dynamics and corporate performance.Specifically,all dimensions of supply chain dynamic capability have a positive impact on the long-term performance of agribusiness,and the supply chain strategic coordination capability has the most significant effect on the performance of agribusiness.(4)The generation of dynamic capacity of agricultural enterprise supply chain is also very rich,including the matching mechanism,organizational mechanism,learning mechanism and dynamic mechanism.Among them,through the cultivation of agricultural entrepreneurs' social capital,the construction of learning organizations,the management of human resources in agricultural enterprises,and the protection of core knowledge of enterprise technology,the dynamic capabilities of enterprise supply chain are improved.In summary,based on the theory-driven and realistic issues,this paper deeply analyzes the relationship between consumption upgrading environment,supply chain dynamic capability and agricultural enterprise performance,and achieves certain theoretical results.The main innovations are as follows:(1)Develop a conceptual framework and measurement tables for the dynamic capabilities of the supply chain of agricultural enterprises.Through in-depth specific management scenarios,through the collection of actual data of enterprises,the corresponding research can be carried out to provide relevant theoretical knowledge of the dynamic capabilities of the supply chain of enterprises.The research on the static management of supply chain has been expanded,which makes the research content of the article have certain innovation.(2)Based on the external environment characteristics and embedded perspective of consumption upgrade,this paper verifies the long-term driving effect of supply chain dynamic capability on enterprise performance.On this basis,the corresponding cultivation mechanism and development approach are proposed.(3)This study proposes corresponding countermeasures for the dynamic management capacity building of China's agricultural enterprises by analyzing the dynamic capacity and characteristics of the supply chain of domestic core agricultural groups or enterprises,which helps to supplement the previous research on agricultural supply chains.The static development model and policy recommendations,but the situation of the core enterprise supply chain dynamic management capabilities research is slightly insufficient.
