The Research Of Supply Chain Dynamic Capabilities’ Influence On Enterprise Competitive Advantage

Environmental turbulence makes the competition between the enterprises change from static competition into dynamic competition, dynamic capabilities have been regarded as the source of enterprise competitive advantage, and supply chain management has become more important to enterprise. So this paper studies supply chain dynamic capabilities’influence on enterprise competitive advantage through theoretical derivation and empirical analysis to explain the structure of supply chain dynamic capabilities and its influence on enterprise competitive advantage, and put forward management suggestions. Main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows.Through the theoretical research, supply chain dynamic capabilities are of three dimensions which are supply chain integration ability, supply chain learning ability and supply chain reconfiguration ability.The dimensions of supply chain dynamic capabilities all have positive significant effects on enterprise competitive advantage. The direct driving mechanism is:supply chain integration ability can make enterprise keep resource scarcity, difficult to replicate and difficult to alternative. Supply chain learning ability can make enterprise keep learning and absorbing the latest related knowledge of external technology, market and supply chain upstream and downstream to adapt to rapidly changing market environment. Supply chain reconfiguration capability can make enterprise control well and have flexibility. These promote enterprise competitive advantage. The enterprise competitive advantage promoting mechanism based on the supply chain dynamic capabilities are as follows:promote supply chain integration, strengthen the internal enterprise supply chain resources and business integration, and increase the degree of external supply chain integration and information sharing between supply chain enterprises. Strengthen the study of supply chain, realize strategic transformation of supply chain managers’role, pay attention to the knowledge learning sharing platform construction, build open learning culture of supply chain, and establish the supply chain alliance learning organization. Improve supply chain reconfiguration, promote strategy flexibility, operation flexibility and structure flexibility of the supply chain management.The environmental turbulence has significant positive moderating effect on relationship between supply chain integration ability, supply chain learning ability, supply chain reconfiguration ability and enterprise competitive advantage. So enterprise should attach great importance to the moderating effect of enterprise external environment, keep up with technical innovation and pay attention to the change of market environment.
