Research On The Adjustment Of Industrial Structure In China Under The Background Of The New Era

Since the reform and opening-up policy,China's economic development has achieved remarkable achievements,creating a high-growth“miracle”of annual GDP growth rate nearly 10%and per capita GDP growth rate about 9%.From the development degree of industrial structure,China's agricultural modernization level has significantly improved,industrial development has entered the middle and late stages of industrialization,and the tertiary industry has developed rapidly,the proportion of labor employment has increased from 12.2%in 1978 to 44.9%in 2017,which exceeding the number of the primary and secondary industries has become the main force promoting economic growth and absorbing employment.However,with the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend,resource dividend and reform dividend which have promoted China's rapid economic growth for a long time,coupled with the impact of the global financial crisis in 2008,under the dual pressure of short-term fluctuations and long-term downturns,China's economic growth has emerged a clear slowdown.China's economy ended its 10%growth rate and entered the shift growth rate in 2011.General Secretary Xi Jinping first judged the economic growth slowdown as the“new normal”of China's economy in 2014.After the economic development entered the“new normal”,responsing the change of development environment at home and abroad,the judgment of“socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era”has been further made in the reports of the 19^thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China of 2017.The thesis takes the new era as the background and conducts research on the theme of“adjustment of industrial structure in China”.The thesis consists eight chapters,which are mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the premise and theoretical basis of the thesis,including the introduction of chapter 1,the domestic and foreign literature review of chapter 2 and the definition and basic theory of chapter 3.This part describes the background of the study,existing research at home and abroad,related concept of industrial structure and evolution rule and so on.And based on the research results of predecessors'theoretical research and the research background of the new era,the part puts forward new requirements,new goals,new paths,new ways and new directions for China's industrial structure adjustment at the present stage.And it construcsts the theoretical framework of this study,and lays a theoretical foundation for the later research.The second part is the analysis of the present situation and problem of Chinese industrial structure under the background of the new era,including the analysis of current situation and existing problem of internal structure of China's three industries under the background of new era of chapter 4 and chapter 5.This part fully analyzes the evolution of China's industrial structure and the status quo of China's three industrial structures,the primary industry structure,secondary industry structure and tertiary industry structure in the new era,and it reveals the main problems of China's current industrial structure and analyzes the causes of the problems deeply,laying the foundation for the targeted recommendations in the following text.The third part is the measurement analysis part of this thesis,which is the quantitative analysis of China's industrial structure adjustment in the new era of Chapter 6.Based on the previous theoretical and practical analysis,this part uses the measurement model to do more deeply and scientifically research and selection for China's the industrial structure's method and direction under the background of new era,which is both the argumentation of the theoretical part of the previous article and an important basis for the subsequent proposals of industrial structure adjustment.The fourth part is the experience reference part.It is the reference for the industrial structure adjustment of the developed countries in chapter 7.This part mainly analyzes the evolution of the industrial structure of the typical developed countries,such as the United States,Britain,Germany and Japan,and their changes for economic situation after the financial crisis.The changes in the economic situation and the industrial restructuring measures adopted in response to the weakening of the domestic economy are aimed at proposing countermeasures to promote the adjustment of China's industrial structure and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure by drawing on the advanced experience of industrial restructuring in developed countries.The fifth part is the countermeasure suggestion part of this thesis.It is the countermeasures and suggestions for the adjustment of China's industrial structure under the new era in chapter 8.The purpose of this part is to propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote the adjustment of China's industrial structure and optimize the industrial structure.Through the research,this thesis finds that:?1?Under the background of the new era,in the face of changes in the domestic and international economic environment,China's industrial restructuring should focus on industrialization and solve the imbalance of industrial structure development;In addition to this,China's industrial restructuring should also vigorously develop strategic emerging industries,such as smart manufacturing and so on,to solve the problem of insufficient development of industrial structure.?2?Facing the new environment and new development concept,China's industrial structure adjustment has also achieved new goals,those are promoting industrial integration adjustment,promoting tertiary production integration,promoting
