China's Current Real Estate Market Macro-control Study

Thanks to the open reform, Chinese real estate market developed quickly, and the real estate industry has become the pillar industry. But in recent years, the price of real estate soared quickly, and the house's demand-supply structure is of unbalance. In order to solve these problems, our government made a lot of regulations and policies. But those policies does not receive it's ideal effect.Faced with this situation, it is time to study the reason and effect of macro adjustment and control on real estate, to study the reason why the government's effect is not ideal, and to put forward some suggestions for valid macro adjustment and control on real estate.This dissertation contains 5 main parts as follow: Introduction. Put forward the realistic meaning of this research.Part 1, description of current real estate market which is the background of Chinese macro adjustment and control on real estate.Part 2, analysis of the reason of macro adjustments and controls on real estate. Analyzed the reason from academic and realistic aspects.Part 3, summary of foreign experience in macro adjustment and control on real estate and the enlightenment of our country. From the angle of government regulation and control factor, I analyzed in depth the production and evaporation of real estate foam in Japan.Part 4, Study on macro adjustment and control on real estate market and it's effect. Studied the reason why our government's effect is not ideal deeply.Part 5, some suggestions of carrying on valid macro adjustments and controls on real estate market of our country. Through studying transiently on macro adjustments and controls of real estate market, I gave several suggestions.
