Theoretical Research And Practical Analysis Of Cross-border Innovation

Innovation has become a household name in China and has become the most dazzling "cause." However,after decades of national struggle,we have not fundamentally changed the situation in which core and key technologies are subject to other countries' control,and the "ZTE incident" has made Chinese people unforgettable.China's innovation practice makes us realize that technology is more important than market,innovation is more important than technology,and,basic and original innovation(thickness and depth)is more important than application and imitation innovation(scale and heat).Besides,open and collaborative cross-border innovation is more important than closed and exclusive innovation.Based on this perspective,this paper takes cross-border innovation as the research topic to carry out the research.Under the guidance of strategic management theory,innovation theory,identity theory,community theory and demand traction,this paper closely combined theory with the reality of innovation practice in China.This paper tries to explore new ways of cross-border innovation,especially through the research on the basic,revolutionary and original cross-border innovation,in order to construct the theoretical system and improve the innovation performance and competitiveness of our country.First of all,based on the innovative viewpoint that value is the cornerstone and core of strategy and competitive advantage,this paper puts forward the innovation mechanism of enterprise value creation,which is the trinity of innovation,strategic competitive advantage and value creation.At the same time,the paper also constructs three innovation paths of enterprise competitive advantage and value creation,and reveals the dynamic evolution of these three innovation paths.The paper reveals that Internet,co-creation and sharing of value and the new era of cross-border innovation constitue the three basic elements of value creation and interact with each other.Value co-creation and sharing is the basic core of value creation in the Internet era.Based on the Internet,cross-border innovation with the basic form of co-creation and sharing value ecology is the most basic and important innovation path of value creation in the Internet era.Secondly,it deeply studies and reveals the original meaning and connotation of "boundary" and "cross-border innovation",deeply discriminates the difference and connection between cross-border innovation and related innovation concepts,and expounds that "cross-border" is not "unbounded".In essence,cross-boundary is a process of crossing the "old world"(or breaking down the "old world")and establishing the "New Territories".Cross-border innovation is by no means going it alone.Instead,it is necessary to establish a "community",including a scientific community,a social community,an innovation community,a community of interests,and even a "community with a shared future." Thus,it constructs the theoretical basis of cross-border innovation based on innovation theory,identity theory and community theory.Thirdly,innovation is a process,each link of innovation,each subject involved in innovation constitutes an innovation chain(innovation network).This paper deeply describes the cross-border innovation chain,reveals the transformation and connection between various links,establishes a cross-border collaborative innovation value analysis model based on value co-creation and sharing,and reveals three inferences and three propositions through the evolution and analysis of the model.One of the propositions reveals that innovation ability,investment level and effort degree,value co-creation and sharing,and synergy effect not only support together,but also interact with each other for the construction and effective operation of cross-border collaborative innovation value chain.This research conclusion has important guiding value for orderly and efficient cross-border innovation and the construction of innovative approaches in China's new era.Last but not least,based on the reality,this paper carries out theoretical research on the problems existing in China's innovation practice,closely combines theoretical research with practical needs,and applies the theoretical research results to the practice of Chinese innovation.And through the practical practice of China's innovation to modify,verify and support theoretical research results,to explore new ways of innovation in China's new era,is a basic follow of this paper.This paper observes and analyzes the innovation of China from the historical span,aiming at the separation system of industry,university and research and the narrow innovation consciousness,which leads to and aggravates the fracture and closure of the innovation chain in our country.This paper puts forward the method of "breaking" to bridge the "fracture" of "generating force at both ends" and "four points of convergence force" from the supply side and the demand side of the innovation chain,eliminating the breakpoint and strengthening the innovation chain.Four cases of "space technology",ecological fiber material,Chinese high-speed railway technology and Chinese nuclear power technology are used to support the theoretical research and "the bridging strategy of fracture",so as to realize the combination and integration of theoretical research and practical application.At the same time,these four cross-border innovation cases also provide a useful reference for effectively solving the "fracture" or "barrier" of the source of China's innovation chain,such as lack of running water,multiple broken chains,conceptual vision,domain expertise,resources,environment and institutional model.It provides a realistic demonstration for exploring the path of Chinese innovation in the new era.The paper holds that in the future research of cross-border innovation,the theoretical foundation of cross-border innovation should be further strengthened,the theoretical research of cross-border innovation should be deeply carried out based on model-driven,and the research of innovation practice should be deepened and structured based on case deduction and so on.
