Innovation plays a pivotal role in social and economic development.It is not only the primary driving force for development,but also the strategic support for building a modernized economic system.In recent years,although Chinese enterprises gradually pay enough attention to innovation,the innovative development of enterprises is still faced with difficulties due to the slow transformation speed and low efficiency.According to knowledge-based view and dynamic capability theory,enterprises should perceive and seize external opportunities,and enhance core competitiveness by combining old resources and new resources in an effective way.Enterprises must understand and give full play to the role of knowledge creation,put knowledge interaction in the central position of enterprise development,and strive to establish a mature closed-loop coordination mechanism.With open innovation as the background,knowledge interaction as the main entry perspective,and innovation how to achieve value creation as the problem orientation,Huawei,Haier,Lenovo and Procter&Gamble as the case study objects,attempts to explore the co-evolution path of open innovation and knowledge interaction,and further proposes that from the perspective of knowledge interaction,How open innovation can improve the value creation of multinational enterprises.The findings are as follows:(1)the dynamic change of open innovation path generally presents an advanced law of "knowledge driven--knowledge aggregation--cooperation co-creation";(2)Enterprise knowledge interaction will form knowledge linkage mechanism and knowledge field effect;(3)Different dimensions of open innovation and knowledge interaction form different paths of value creation.Finally,it is concluded that through "relational embedment,structural embedment and cognitive embedment",the value creation progression of "value buildingvalue expansion-value strengthening" is formed from the market and technical levels respectively.
