artificial intelligence has greatly exceeded expectations,and the establishment and improvement of a modern industry centered on artificial intelligence has become a core grasping and striving goal of China's innovation-driven development strategy..Different from traditional fields and technologies,the development of knowledge innovation in the field of artificial intelligence has not only the characteristics of multi-level spatial networks with different spatial scales,but also the technical development and application evolution as well as the characteristics of complex systems in which diversity and complexity coexist.The dual nature of the development of knowledge innovation in the field of artificial intelligence makes the global knowledge network have an important influence on its development in knowledge innovation activities.In the past,it was difficult to interpret the development and changes of knowledge innovation in the field of artificial intelligence by relying on independent R & D and technology transformation of a single innovation subject.In view of this,this article intends to study and explore the impact of the global knowledge network in the field of artificial intelligence on the evolution of local knowledge innovation from the perspective of knowledge networks,including the "global channel" bridging mechanism of the knowledge network and the process of local absorption and transformation of "local buzz".Undoubtedly,while the research work enriches and improves the knowledge innovation network development theory,it also better integrates and utilizes the global innovation network for the knowledge innovation development in the field of artificial intelligence in our country,to better realize local knowledge innovation,and better establish and perfect the representative of artificial intelligence.The modern industry has important practical significance and theoretical value.By analyzing and understanding the evolution and development of the artificial intelligence knowledge network and the practice of artificial intelligence innovation and development in China,the thesis has outlined the global regional development pattern of science and technology in the field of artificial intelligence,as well as the important bridging role and role played by international talents.On the basis,the influence paths of the global science and technology knowledge network and the "global-local" double-layer knowledge network are systematically described.This includes:First,comprehensively and objectively describe the core of the global knowledge network affecting local(country,city)knowledge innovation in terms of the "global channel-local buzz" theory,the actors and characteristics of the innovation network,the knowledge network and innovation process,and the knowledge network embedding.Theories,concepts and their logical relationships clearly clarify the research status and gaps of global knowledge networks and local(country,city)knowledge innovation,and refine the key elements and the key elements of global knowledge networks that affect or embed local(country,city)knowledge innovation at the theoretical level its role path.Thirdly,three logical chains are formed with three hypothetical propositions and corresponding sub-studies are constructed,and the basic database of logical falsification is bridging the "global channel" in the "global-local" process: reshaping the organization's knowledge structure inward and outwardly affecting the organization's position in the knowledge network.Through the inflow of global knowledge of international talents into the organization,heterogeneous knowledge changes the organizational knowledge structure and affects organizational knowledge innovation;at the same time,the organization's knowledge network also overflows and diffuses to the outside during the cross-regional cooperation process,and international cooperation is established through international talents Communication can enhance the influence of the organization and help enterprises and scientific research organizations improve their network potential.(2)The global scientific knowledge network and the global technical knowledge network form a global knowledge network.Under the dual embedding pattern,the former plays an important role in regulating national knowledge innovation,while the latter directly affects national knowledge innovation.Through the research paradigm of cross-level network,the multi-level network structure under different spatial scales is connected to realize the organic integration of the whole and the part,breaking through the single-dimensional research paradigm of geospatial network.(3)The global knowledge network
