Study On The Pattern And Evolution Process Of Territorial Spatial Agglomeration

Territorial space is a valuable resource,and it is the home on which human beings depend for their survival and development.At present,the spatial distribution of urban and rural construction is unreasonable in China.There have been two kinds of extremely poor tendencies,which are too dense or too scattered,making economic development,improvement of people's living standards and ecological environment protection pay a high price.In view of this,it is urgent to conduct an in-depth study on the organizational characteristics and evolution rules of the pattern of territorial space development based on a comprehensive and systematic understanding of territorial space agglomeration.This will help countries and regions to carry out necessary and reasonable control of the spatial layout of land development according to objective laws.Firstly,the thesis expounds the topic selection,purpose,significance and basic ideas of the research,and proposes the starting point of the research through combing and summarizing the relevant research on territorial spatial agglomeration at home and abroad.Based on the comprehensive and systematic cognition of the concept,influence mechanism,measurement basis,characteristics of spatial organization and evolution rules of territorial spatial agglomeration,an analytical framework of territorial spatial agglomeration based on degree,pattern and evolution process is constructed from three perspectives of the whole region,region and part.Based on this framework,taking Ningbo city as a case,firstly,the degree of territorial spatial agglomeration was comprehensively measured from the time dimension,and the overall level of territorial spatial agglomeration was revealed from the perspective of the whole region.Secondly,based on the point of interest data(POI),the spatial analysis method of point pattern is comprehensively used to identify the spatial agglomeration pattern of different regions and different functional types from four aspects of spatial distribution characteristics,agglomeration direction,agglomeration scale effect and spatial organization,to depict the spatial agglomeration pattern from a regional perspective.Then,two indicators of population density and economic density were selected,and the global and local autocorrelation analysis of population and economic spatial evolution was conducted by using exploratory spatial analysis method with the help of grid bureau data,as to explore the internal rules of the evolution of territorial spatial agglomeration pattern from a local perspective.Based on this,according to the new demands of territorial space development and utilization in the transition period and the strategic focus of territorial space structure optimization in the new period,practical optimization measures and supporting policies are proposed.The research conclusion mainly includes four aspects.First,from the perspective of the whole region,the degree of territorial spatial agglomeration in Ningbo is characterized by periodic changes,and the overall agglomeration level tends to improve.Within the gradient range of the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration,it is at the intermediate agglomeration level,belonging to fulcrum type cities,and its agglomeration capacity needs to be improved.Secondly,from the regional perspective,the distribution of various agglomeration areas in Ningbo spreads to the periphery with Sanjiangkou as the core,presenting an obvious law of distance decay.The spatial organization features “river-orientation” and “seaorientation”,belonging to a nuclear and multi-core pattern of territorial spatial agglomeration.Among them,the territorial spatial agglomeration area of the municipal district is characterized by large agglomeration and large dispersion.It is mainly focused on the core area of sanjiangkou and extends radially to the periphery along the main traffic road,with obvious river-orientation.The territorial space agglomeration area of surrounding county and city is characterized by large agglomeration and small dispersion.The agglomeration area of all levels is mainly distributed in the built-up area.The group in the northern part of the city area has obvious interaction with the central city of Ningbo;it has formed an axial agglomeration zone,while the group in the southern part of the city area is relatively independent.The distribution of spatial agglomeration areas of various functional types shows the law of spatial competition overall,but the spatial organization pattern is significantly different.Thirdly,the spatial distribution of population density and economic density in Ningbo is positively correlated with each other.The evolution of agglomeration pattern of population space and economic space shows obvious spatial jumping characteristics.The high agglomeration extends from the central city to the peripheral gradient and then shrinks back to the central city.Overall,the evolution of population and economic pattern is of spatial consistency,and both of them show a tendency of high agglomeration.Sanjiangkou,Zhenhai-beilun and Yuci are the main regions of spatial agglomeration.Finally,this paper puts forward the key to foster the peripheral vice center/groups,differentiated development of the north and south of the city,build regional integrated transport network,improve internal energy concentrated area at all levels and other feasible measures to promote national spatial agglomeration development ability.The results show that the multi method comprehensive analysis based on big data can better depict the spatial attributes of territorial space,not only demonstrate the relationship between territorial spatial agglomeration and urban land value and the law of regional differentiation,but also objectively and comprehensively show the organizational characteristics and patterns of territorial spatial agglomeration in Ningbo.It can provide feasible suggestions for the optimization of territorial spatial development pattern and the implementation of relevant policies and indicators.
