A Study Of The Spatial Structure Of Producer Services Industry In Ningbo

Since 1990s, influenced by economic globalization and rapid urbanization and industrial structure evolvement, the traditional service industry transforms into the modern service industry. Study on producer service industry and office buildings becomes one of academia focuses at present.Ningbo is one of the important port cities in southeastern coastal of China.In the past decade, under the background of the upgrading of industrial structure and port development, producer service industry grows rapidly and the structure of city changes. This paper sets out from theory analysis and positive research, and makes a detailed analysis about urban office buildings space development course, the spatial distributions and characteristic of office building offices and its drive mechanism, looking forward to offer theory support and policy recommendations for successful implement of the space planning and construction in Ningbo city.There are six parts.The first part is exordium and the second is literature review. The definition of relative concept, research background and significance,and research progress at home and abroad are introduced.The third part introduces the producer service industry development course of Ningbo.The fourth is the key part. By using ARCGIS, it makes the distribution map of office buildings in Ningbo, and analyzes the development course, the spatial distributions and characteristic of office building offices in Ningbo city. Meanwhile,this part takes the distribution map of banks nodes in Ningbo city as an empirical study, and analyzes the distribution pattern and characteristic. The fifth part analyzes the drive mechanism of development and reconstructing of urban producer service space in Ningbo city. It shows that the main influential factors are historical and natural resources factor, location requirements of producer service, industrial factor, government factor, traffic factor and individual enterprise factor. Historical and natural resource play a limiting and restraining role in urban space expansion. The industrial factor and government factor are the two main factors,and traffic factor is also important which guides the distribution of producer service industry. The sixth part is summary of this paper.
