This study provides an examination of the intersections of, or resulting gaps between, the research, activities, and services related to social justice, inclusion, diversity, equity, and access at Morehead State University. While much has been written about the theoretical need for developing centers focused on such activity at instituions of higher education, much work remains to be done in establishing them in practice. A review of literature was conducted to research existing programs, policies, and best practices and a proposal developed to create and support such a center at Morehead State University. |
