Abstract/Summary:
As the population of children in child care grows at exponential rates, it is important for owner/managers of child care centers to understand and employ business models for job satisfaction and organizational commitment. These business models could help child care centers to create relationships between staff and owners. This research study explored the factors that might have impact on the level of child care worker's satisfaction in their jobs, their organizational commitment to those centers, and their intent to leave as a result of those factors.
