Human resource is important to enterprise's development, and following more cruel international competition. The competition in the human resource is increasingly fierce, too. Human resource management will be the managerial core and managing the relationship between employer and employee will be the managerial main content in the twenty first century,organizational commitment concerns this task. Compare with overseas study in the field of Organizational commitment, domestic study is drop behind relatively. Furthermore, Organizational commitment has many factors, and in different country with different history and culture organizational commitment's factors are different, and the degree of factors'impact to organizational commitment is different.Based on this condition, this article study the relationship between organizational communication satisfaction(OCS), organizational career management satisfaction (OCMS) and organizational commitment(OC) mainly in the context of Bashu culture. Firstly, we study the foreign and domestic documents of relevant content, the appropriate measures of OCS , OCMS and OC are picked up. Five-point Likert Scale is used to grade these measures. After the pre-test by expert, the questionnaire for pilot study is formed. We use structural equation modeling mainly in this paper to analyze. The sample is Chongqing and Sichuan private enterprises.Based on the pilot study, the article studies the structure of variable of OCS, OCMS and OC. And with the data of large sample, the article studies the structure of variable of organizational communication satisfaction, organizational career management satisfaction and organizational commitment again by the exploratory factor analysis. Finally, the variables of three-items OCS, that is communication relationship with superior(CRS), communication relationship with colleague(CRC), and communication status(CS) and two-items OCMS, that is the degree of sustaining training(DST), justice promote(JP) and feedback of working outcome(FWO) and three-items organizational commitment, that is affective commitment(AC), economic commitment(EC) and real commitment(RC) are constructed.While estimating the measurement model, the article confirms the structural validity of every variable by the confirmatory factor analysis.
